Need advice/a pick me up

-Stopped smoking 11/6 the day I found out I had a chance of the job and that my g/f is preggo(Smoked everyday, multiple times a day, low quality)

- 6 Point test on 11/24 (18 Days of 100% Clean besides low contact 2nd hand a few days ago)

-5'10" 158lbs good metabolism

-Took self test 11/13 (Fail no line what-so-ever)
-Took self test again today 11/20 (Extremely light line, redish not gray, not photo friendly)

-Been drinking a good amount of liquids (water/teas/sports drinks)
-Regular user of Creatine

-This is a pre-apprenticeship test which is heavily monitored so subbing is NOT an option

-I plan on using the dilution method and start practice tomorrow morning I hope it will work but I'm really bummed about my test today

-I am going into this test blind to what time it is (anywhere between 8am and 10am) but here is my plan so far:
*10pm 11/23 Start aspirin (every 4 hours)/Creatine
*5am 11/24 16oz sports drink (void, void, void)
*6am have consumed another 24oz (void, void, void)
*7am (orientation begins) taking 3 multivitamins/drinking 16oz right before
*After 7, Ill have limited time to drink/void besides the 2 minute drive down the street to the lab

How would holding holding my urine from 7 to whenever the test is effect the results?

In my own personal experience with water loading, holding your urine from 7am past 7:15am would be an accomplishment in itself. Effective water loading = having the NEED to piss every 15 minutes or so for a couple of hours after your last drink, at least for me it does. I have almost pissed myself a couple of times on the way to and from tests having to stop at multiple fast food restaurants along the way. :) I wish you luck. If you were able to hold it a couple of hours, the efficacy of the water loading process, in my professional opinion, would be diminished. How much? It depends on your own physiology. Keep the pipes flowing.

As long as you follow the dilution sticky and make sure to void as many times as possible in that short time before you have before you go test. With a test that early you need to void at least 3-4 times before I would give them your diluted sample.
As far as holding it, it will not have any affect on the sample you are going to give. You will feel like you are going to piss your pants if you have to wait more than 20 minutes.

Make sure you keep your body fully hydrated from here on out....NOT waterloading every day. Not only does it help direct toxins out of the body faster and will help on test day, it is healthy for you. You may be taking too long to hydrate your body when you first start the dilution method due to drinking too much caffeine. Cut back on caffeine and drink more H2O.

Keep in mind that you DON'T start counting the number of voids UNTIL AFTER you get to the point of drinking the amounts of fluids you voided. Void once, twice, three times, TEST. Some people start the counting part too soon. Be patient with the test and count right. I think you will be fine.

Wizzed when I got up then again before I drank my 16oz's wizzed after my first 8oz and then again after my 2nd 8oz

Counting that as 1 wizz and my 15 mins are up so heres my 3rd 8oz

This is where I think you are counting too soon. DO NOT count voids during the time frame you are drinking fluids every 15 minutes. Just void and drink on schedule. THEN....when you reach the point of ONLY drinking fluids after each void is when you start the counting with 1st void.

Passing a test with dilution is a process which can't be hurried. It's has to run it's course to do it's objective. I think some people test too soon, by counting too soon and they fail to really see if their dilution was enough. Patience counts here!!!!

Whew!!!!

When I voided after my last 8oz I started the count with my next wiz...I did 4 voids and 4 refills, on my fifth wiz I took the test and passed...awesome

Thanks everyone now I have to go back and schedule myself according to the times I just did

WTG!!! Now repeat for real test. Don't forget to be loading up on creatine from now till test time.
