Lots of plants look like that when they sprout.
i myself dont think so, looks to yellow......but mainly the leaves look to round
better pics would make it SO MUCH easier tho lol

Really. The posters above me who are telling you it's not weed are all correct. Try again with seeds you KNOW are weed. If you plant an impatiens seed, you get impatiens...
