weed safety question?

some dude at the university named jeff K came up to my feriends and I. he asked us if we burned..I sort of thought it was a wierd thing to ask a random person. Then I proceeded with a "yes" and we started talking. He asked if I had any wraps. Then he was like if you do i'll roll one up..I didn't want to beacuse i was paranoid of the circumstances.
Then he tells us that he sells an eight of medical marijuana for $45. I thought that was pretty cheap so i took his number down. I'm afraind to call because to me it seems like he is a nark. am i being to paranoid and is $45 for an eight worth the risk of being put in jail?
he also claimed he sold hash...it's almost impossible to find hash in the San Fernando Valley.

$45 bucks seems about right, and no he's probly not a cop. What's he gonna do, sell you a bag and then arrest you for it? That's entrapment.

according to people who buy medical marijuana legally they buy it for around $80...but of course that's for the pick of the day.

entaptment is no longer an effective law for any persons in the USA becuase civil liberties have been removed from citizens due to modern circumstances

No that was never true. Ever. Cops can harass you to buy their weed even. watch cops, they pose as dealers all the time, and people who believe this urband legend always ask them "you arent a cop are you" and they always say "no, are you?" And then they bust them

yeah the old "are you a cop" trick is just a myth. If he came up and asked if your burned, then asked for a wrap, i found that to usually be true. Cops dont go around asking random people for a wrap and then give their phone number out. Dude buy the 8th you'll be fine

its sounds safe to me, if he was a pig he wouldnt have asked for a wrap, if you had one you could legally give him a wrap, he would then have to roll a blunt or joint, then he would have to spark it up, so unless your someone notorious i dont think the police are going to go through such a elaborate set up (in which the cop would have to smoke) to bust someone who may or may not call them to buy an eigth at a later time and committ a simple misdemenor, then you most likely at most just pay a fine or get some light probation.

yeah dude if you do make him smoke b4 u take nethin off him....i dont know if this will work tho...but it might....just an idea
