Salvia first (and second)

I've been reading about Salvia and last weekend decided that I was going to do it.
I bought a gram of 5x and a butane lighter, then went home and smoked some on top of some weed (it would have sucked through my bong). It was pretty neat, very relaxing and a wonderful body high. It felt like my body was disconnected, like it is on mushrooms for me sometimes, where I can feel various parts of my body, but not how they connect. I also felt like I had shrunk a little bit. And I had the coordination of a drunk.
I don't quite remember how intense it was--I can never imagine the effects of drugs unless I'm actually feeling them--but I know it was intense enough for me to ponder how it could possibly be legal. I also remember thinking "Cool, and this is only 5x."

The next day I decided to try it WITHOUT weed. And, uh, that was a little different. WARNING: I'm going to babble for a long time now.

First of all, I'm a dumbass, and I'm getting too careless and consciously make terrible mistakes when I feel lucky. Now that that's explained, I decided to smoke it in my room the next night, with my parents downstairs. I made everything comforting and soft, then inhaled the smoke until my lungs hurt. I got all drunk-like again, then I exhaled and flipped the fuck out.
I always underestimate a drug before I try it (though I've only really done a few) and am generally correct but end up being pleased. In this case, I had no idea how overwhelming it would be. I'd read all the stories about people going into a complete trance and walking with moon-people, but for some reason I didn't take it seriously, probably because I thought "It's legal, so how intense can it really be?" (Like I said prevoiusly, I'm a dumbass.)
Anyway, uhh, I suddenly forgot where I was and what I was doing, pretty much. It was more intense than anything I'd ever done (until I smoked it again later, of course). I quickly realized four things, and nothing else:
--I was in my room. (Using the word "I" loosely.)
--My room was dividing into four layers, and each layer was curving at the top (which was actually my left, or maybe the upper left corner).
--My parents were Out There
--I was doing something bad.
There would never be more than two of these thoughts at a time, and they rapidly shoved each other around in my head so that I was constantly remembering them. The layers of my room seemed to be perceived as four different rooms, and I was suddenly having most trouble with remembering where I was. I was in some place familiar, kind of like my room, but it couldn't be my room, because it was divided. My head still churned and I thought, this is so overpowering, I'm totally going to freak out. I was plunging deeper and deeper into something strong and was completely overcome by stress and panic.
Let's pause here. About 10 seconds have passed since I exhaled.
I think I was wandering around, or maybe just my eyes were, and I noticed all my "bad-kid" evidence. I frantically and hastily shoved it all away (I don't know how my bong didn't break), then flung myself on my bed and told myself I'd just have to ride it out. I'll pretend to be sleeping, I thought, in case they come upstairs. I'd known that they wouldn't come upstairs for a while, and I was right, but at that moment "a while" didn't matter, only the fact that they were very capable of doing so. But then, very suddenly, I changed my mind and came to the conclusion that I absolutely had to be outside, and I would call my friend and see if she could keep me sane.
I went into my yard, behind the hedge where no one could see me, and stared at an airplane (I live by two airports). It was sandwiched between two 2-D clouds, and now that I think back, I realize that the plane wasn't moving at all, but at the time I didn't seem very concerned about it.
I calmed down very rapidly and regained my sense of logic, then went inside. I risked being in the presence of my parents in the kitchen so I could rescue a pop tart. A creepy version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" was playing from the TV, and it brought back a weird sense of nostalgia. I asked my mom, who was watching the TV, what it was from. She started to talk, then I figured it out on my own and focused my attention on getting the pop tart. As I started to leave the room, I realized "Oh shit, she's still talking about that song." So when she paused for a moment, I said "Oh," to wrap it up and left the room.
Then, in my room, I started to watch my "Life of Mammals" DVD set, because I'm a freak. I muted it and listened to Boards of Canada while laying on my bed with the softest pillow in the world. That was about it, except for when I forgot one of my cats had been in the room this whole time and it stood up to leave and I thought my floor was transforming.

I realize this is nothing compared to the shit that other people have experienced, but I posted it anyway in case someone would be interested.

LOL. but if u got a so high buzz, try some 25 or 50x, ull die man. my friends smoked some 10x and he hallucinated some gnomes climbin at him so he took off his t-shirt cauz he was scared the shit out of him. hahaaha damn this guy is so vedge. o, and i heard bout some salvia oil, that u can command by the net. wow this must be some hard shit

I justed ordered some a few days ago and will be getting it real soon. I can't beliveve all that yet because it is legal but maybe it is one of those drugs the government has not fonud yet so they can ruin it like weed. if it works i will finally be able to get high in public. I only brought the leaves so i don't think it will be too strong. it was only like $15 for half an ounce. I have to take advantage of the legal high. post pics of yours later so i can see if i have anything close to it. That story sounds like it would some how be fun when you really didn't do anything.peace

Great story... Some 10x is on the way from Salvia World that I'll be trying for the first time. These stories really help... I assume I'll need a screen for the bong too, if the shit is that fine. By the way, I have access to two bongs: one has a carb behind the neck of it, and the neck is long and narrow (which means no ice can be loaded, and the rips aren't that huge). The other is a wide-necked bubbler (you can easily put in ice) with the pull-out bowl, and you can gigantic rips, but they are a little harder to hold. Which do you experienced users recommend? Also, I have one of those Aim & Flame lighters that people use to light grills and pilot lights and such (the big one with the trigger), is that okay for the kind of butane lighter I need for this?

Use the wide neck, and a screen will definitely be needed. Just take it a little slow on the uptake of the hit so that you don't cough. Make sure you hold it in as long as you can. Also, make sure that as soon as you finish the hit, place the bong somewhere stable and away from you, especially if no sitter is present. Good luck.

damn man, i was kinda judgin that shit to be fake, and wouldnt give u any high, but after readin that, im gonna order some 10x of 15x that shit sounds like a freaky ass fun trip, watch the KMK experience DVD and blaze that, that shit will be cool
