Test in 7-10 Days

So I just got called back for a 2nd round of interviews for a new job today. I am a pretty regular smoker (daily), but I am also in pretty good shape as I workout around 4 times a week. I am going to completely stop for the time being until the whole process gets sorted out. The earliest I would have to take the test (I would think it's a UA) would be 8 days from today. So I imagine the dillution method in the sticky on this board would be the way to go for me. In the meantime, what should I be doing to detoxify as much as possible before D-day????

If you have the test in 8 days like you said i would suggest a High Fiber diet, in addation to a high intensity cardio work out. 3 days before the test STOP working out and go into hibernation meaning be lazy and eat salty foods high in fat. This will cover up fat cells containing THC. Also the day of the test follow N2 sticky on dilution. Get some Home drug tests to see if your passing or not and also you'll be able to practice the dilution with those tests.

Since it is pre-employment test i would suggest looking at the substution sticky because they probably wont watch you and it has a higher chance of being successful. Even though i only abstain 6 days before my test and pass with the dilution method.

I am 6'0, 175. I've been smoking pretty regularly (twice a day) for at least 6 months with a week off here or there. I would prefer to go the dillution method, but will probablt buy a substitution package just to be safe, along with some home tests. Is Quick Fix generally considered the best substitute?

If you are going to dilute, start taking a creatine supplement at least 3 days before your test. This will increase your creatinine levels in your urine, so you don't appear to be as diluted. The gatorade will help with the specific gravity.

QF is what I used, and passed with flying colors.

A thc hometest would tell you whether or not dilution or substitution is your best bet.

Yep, sounds like a pretty good plan. I am going to order QF and some at home tests. I will also start taking a creatine supplement and eating foods high in fiber. Also, I will skip my normal weight lifting workouts in favor of some good old running up until a few days before the test. Then I will start eating high fat foods, and test dillution a few times. If I can't pass, i guess I will go with QF. On the other hand, I am pretty confident that I can detox enough in the meantime so that dillution should work fine.

Just to expand upon my usage details a little...I usually go through 1/8th of danks in about 2 weeks. If all I can get is a brick 8th, that usually only lasts 1 week.

Also, where do you guys recommend I order QF from? I am jind of nevous about the shipping times, but I do't want to have to pay for overnight if I don't have to. I live in SE Michigan btw.
