What are these plants please
Hello, and thank you for reading this topic. I have been saving seeds from my bags of marijuana for some time now. About 2 weeks ago I took several of the seeds and planted them in 2 different parts of my backyard. I have never grown marijuana before, but the idea is to get enough to last me several months and save money. I took pictures of 2 types of plants that have grown up in the areas where I seeded. Please help me identify these plants. I have uploaded the pictures to my album. I am sorry for the low quality of the pictures, my camera is not too great.

I've got some good news and some bad news...
Bad news: Pics 1,2 and 3 do not show any signs of a Cannabis plant :(
Good news: You didn't smoke them
Who knows? The pics are kinda blurry and I'm really :stoned: so maybe I missed something.

Looks like mint. For sure it is not pot.

Thank you for the confirmation. My lawnmower will surely enjoy these plants :chainsaw:

Dunno about you, but if I found the seeds in my bag of "marijuana" were actually mint, I'd be real fucking pissed.

Who's to say that the mint plants were not growing there already? I have never paid attention to that corner of the yard before really.

Mint will grow everywhere. The roots can stretch for a long distance sideways. It is hard to get rid of, but if you have some close to you grow the smell will help mask the skunkiness.

Mint is annoying shit. Put it in an herb garden, by the end of the season, it's a mint garden.

up here in northern California, growers have claimed the evergreen surroundings contribute a 'piney' taste ... perhaps placing a mint sprout next to your cannabis will give off a minty aroma or taste ... I'm not saying it will, but might make for a nice experiment :)

Yeah none of those pictures are early stages of cannabis, are you sure you just haven't waited long enough? and did you germinate your seeds prior to putting them into the ground?
