lighting near end 12/12

I read where 8/16 the last 2wks will increase resin i have other clones
in same flower room 4wks & 6wks will it hurt these if i switch from 12/12 to
8/16 for the ww to finish then put them back on 12/12 to finish the rest
of plants

Keep them on 12/12. What a lot of people do is during the last 2-3 days they have the lights off 24 hours a day

I never heard of 18/6 for the last 2 weeks.

I do 3 days of compleat darkness before I harvest, that sends the plant into panic mode thinking winter is here and increases resin production to protect the non-existent seeds from the upcoming cold weather.

what is your exact light timing now? i have been messing with timing since i heard it can make a huge difference, i am running 11:15/12:45 right now but never heard of 6/18 where did u do the reading on that?

I run a 24/0 cycle for vegetative phase, then a 13/11 cycle for the flowering cycle, and then 3 days of darkness just before chopping down. (Note: 13/11 = hours on/hours off). The length of these cycles varies, I let the plant tell me when it is ready for the change. But average is 5 to 6 weeks of veg, and then 10 to 11 weeks of flower, Also I go by the color of the trichs to determine when to harvest not time.

I take mine out of the grow space and place them in a closet and shut the door. DO you have a place that is dark like a closet, basement or something?

are those water cooled lighting tubes? do they work well? I was thinking about getting one for a 1000w but wasn't sure how well they worked.

yes 2-400w they take 400w-600w-1000w I like them keeps heat down in room I think
