Test in 4 days, been clean 53 days!

First time poster, long time reader......

Just putting this out there to see if anyone else has had a similar situation.
I stopped smoking April 22nd. Normally I would just sub or dilute and not worry about it but i wanted to do this completely legit for personal reasons. I'm 6'0 225lbs. I could stand to lose a few pounds and am 28 years old. I have a test on Monday for a sick job I landed. I plan on doing metemucil and lots of exercise over the weekend and it will put me at 57 days clean. My other concern is that I drink a lot of alcohol. I don't drink every day but I will sometimes go 4 days straight with like 5 or so beers. Does this affect the outcome?
I smoked heavy for about 2 years, then smoked rarely for about 6 months, then moved to high grade the last 3 months before quiting. I averaged about 2-3 bowls a day for the last 3 months of the high grade. I actually quite on April 13th but messed up and took 2-3 puffs on the 22nd. So, 53 days counting the little screw up and 60 or so not counting it.

Any suggestions, advice?

Edit: Also will sitting in a sauna help at all?

I would suggest going and getting a THC testing kit. I was testing at 33 days without smoking, and although I couldn't pass my first void of the day, I got a faint line after a few cups of coffee (so I was close with a little dilution). I ended up subbing anyhow (thanks QuickFix!).

I got my test kits online for under $2 a piece, but it looks like you don't have a lot of time. They sell them at the head shops (about $10) or at Walmart or Walgreens ($15-$40) but some of the expensive ones test for more than THC.

If you can test negative on your first void of the day, you should be fine. If not, read the dilution or substitution threads.

If I remember correctly, you are not supposed to exercise much in the last days before the test... you are supposed to be lazy and eat fatty foods (just in case you still have THC to be released from the fat you already have!)

I don't think alcohol is affecting this particular dilemma, but I don't drink, so I'll let someone else comment if its relevant.

Absolurely not.

Keep the exercise and metamucil up til 2 or 3 days before the UA. Get a couple test strips to see how your doing. Still usually a good idea to follow the dillution sticky the morning of the rest. Saunas don't help for thc. You have to actually burn the fat off.

Silly DT place is only open from 1-4pm. I plan on going at about 3ish. Will this help my odds not going so early?

Your first morning urine is the strongest, so I would say yeah. The later you go, the better chance you have to dilute. But 53 days.. you really should be good! But to ease your mind, go get a test and test tomorrow morning. If its negative, you can enjoy the weekend without worry.

If the line is faint once you take your test, then you might want to drink a healthy amount of gatorade and water before your test, but not enough to "dilute" the sample which would make employer's suspicious if you are for some reason (though doubtful) dirty. I would say you were 110% alright if you were "skinny" but people that are overweight have a shitty time expelling the THC from their system, and there have been situations before where people like that still test positive after quitting for 60 days. I'd say you'll be fine though

Test today, took Walgreen's store bought test and it had a pink line, was bright then faded a bit. Going to take the advice on diluting it a bit. I did it first pee of the day, first part of the stream - wanted the absolute dirtiest. Ill do mid stream diluted today. Test in the afternoon so I have plenty of time. Thanks everyone for your input!

dunno about 21-30 days man.Im 5'11 and 180lbs, It took me 97 days to pass and i keep fit,

Im 6'2 200lb and i took over 90 days to get clean....im a very heavy smoker....i used a number of colon cleaning products, ginsing, and natuaral cleaning pills....

I drank nothing but water for 3 months straight...no coffee, or soda....cut out most sugars and still failed...

Im skinny for my size....dont listen to people who say 21-30 days and your clean.....everyone body is different.
