No, but I have two from that seed company. Sugarberry (blueberry and white widow) and NLxAK47. They are both very strong and easy growing plants.
i've heard nothing but good things about JW. I ope this is as good as it sounds...:jointsmile:
:thumbsup:this one is a real sativa leaning pheno. not sure how much it will stretch, but i think it should be about done stretching. its on day 22 of 12/12. if you look close, trich's are forming, so far has a spicy smell when you rub the stem. its being fed with RO water,the fox farm line minus big bud, sm90,earth juice micro blast,& cal mag. the levels are 1.4ec(700ppm) and 6.25ph. the only thing i've read about this hybrid is that its a light feeder. i will gradually raise ec to try and find its optimum feed needs. let me know what y'all think!!:thumbsup:

Kinda funny I saw this thread cause I just received my order of Joey Weed's Blueberry X AK47 two days ago. I also got there NL and NL99. I'm really anxious to start growing them! Sorry I'm not much help
^^ you think thats funny I had no idea bluberry and Ak 47 was so common to have its own name. I am smoking it right now, very good I think, heavey stone, easily a 2 hit quiter, but I always have to have at least a full bowl or 5-10 tokes.
just a picture update. this pheno is a trichome monster!! trich's are forming everywhere, even on main branches and stems!! for a sativa type, it is forming nice flower clusters, pretty tight and aromatic. tell me what you think. does anyone got ideas of how to harvest trich's on branches, don't want to put in my bubble bags, cuz they might tear the bags. maybe just rub at harvest for finger hash?? thanx everone for contributing to a great forum!!:thumbsup:

Phaty- thanx for comment, i'm not sure if i can pack stems tight enough for butane extraction to be efficient. my light is a 400w hps, but my photo program "fixed" the colo, so that's why pic color seems different.:stoned:
Slick- funny!!! don't know flavors yet, first time growing this strain. these are clones from the first seed i popped. don't have a lot of mom room, so i start 1 seed at a time and keep her going till i finish a run to see if i want to keep her or not. i do this method with 3 or 4 different types at a time. so far, joey weed beans seem real vigorous and true to description. ( and cheap!!:thumbsup:)i'm on day 52 of 12/12. BTW these clones were put directly into flower from rooted clones. they stetched like true sativas!!! there are 3 plants in the cabinet, i didn't know much about them, so all i have done is tie them down to keep height in check. i think they'll be finishing in 2 weeks or so. got about 30% cloudy trich's now. they smell strong,floral,sweet, and ak47'ish.:thumbsup: they are light feeders, i keep them @ 800ppm.(in a bubbler). once the ppm got to about 1000, they showed some over-nut signs. so think 800 is about right for this sativa pheno. maybe you'll get a more indica type, maybe different preferences. if so, be sure to document it for me and others interested in this JW cross!!! keep comments and q's coming, we'll find out about this strain together!!! it seems real promising, nice bud formations, trichomes every where, strong scent. it does have a couple of weird leaf forms, like 2 fingers and 1 finger. but the high calyx to leaf ratio means she'll be a quick trim. thanx for interest and stopping by. here's a couple more pics from the last day.. enjoy:S5:

right on slick! keep a log for yourself at least. that way you can visually document what tech's or adjustments made what kind of improvements or prob's for ya. I just received my J/W BlueberryXAK47 and J/W Northern Lights seeds last week along with some Chemira Mental Floss. I will start the germination process next week, 5 of each, and veg for 5 or 6 weeks before flower. Hope to be in flower the second week of December. At that time I will start a grow log for those interested in these 3 strains. In the mean time I'm interested in how your BBxAk47 turns out.
hey ditdotter-- i don't know how big your space is, but if you get a sativa leaning bb x ak, it will stretch about 300%!! look at my pics, those little clones went into straight 12/12 and look how they grew. just a heads-up.:thumbsup: i also have a chimera calizahr. look in plant probs for 'chimera calizahr mutant' or something like that. rough start but turned out good, except for the F'ing catapillers!!!!!:buzz_saw: good luck, lookin' forward to see your logs. here's a couple more pics, just cuz pics are cool!!!:bigsmoke::smokebong:
Happy Camper thanks for the heads up on the BBxAk47. I have never grown this strain before. My flower room is only 2x4 with 7 foot of head room. I use a 400 watt HPS and enclosed hood that is air cooled by a 6-inch vortex fan vented into a scrubber into the attic. Because of space limitations I try to flower 6-8 plants in 3 gallon pots per cycle. Most of the time I will germ 15 seeds and hope for an even split between males and females. I have only been at this for a year and to tell the truth I have only been growing top notch bag seed. This next grow will be my first using known genetics.
My first grow I only had one plant that lived to maturity because of soil issues and the type nutes I was feeding them. Now I'm averaging around 350-450 grams per grow. The tallest plant I have had so far is 46 inches. Most average around 30-36. I have what looks to be a true Indica plant this time that is only about 22 inches tall and extremly bushy with huge fan leaves entering the third week of flower. I know the bud I took the seed from was covered in red hairs and produced a couchlock stone, I'm hoping this will be even better. I have close to 50 of these seeds left.
first pic is today, day 68. looks great to me.:o trichomes are 90% cloudy. i'll flush at the first sign of an amber head. the mother of these clones has begun auto-flowering on me. or at least some serious pre-flowers!! i took a few clones from her...we'll see. can't wait to sample this stuff!!!:D smells very sweet, fruity, candy-ish!!!:bigsmoke: lemme know what ya think

hey slick, sorry it took so long for me to respond. i've been having some real computer probs, i think its fixed now. (Dell warranty & costumer service sucks!) anyhow, mine are still going strong, today is day 77 of flower. trich's are all cloudy, just waiting for some ambers. i lost all the pics in mycomputer, so these are all i have to look back on. i'll put some new pics up if you guys want. let me know. im hoping they'll finish in the next week or two. as soon as i see a few ambers, i'll begin my 10 day flush. i don't know much about this cross, but these are past the expected finishing date of both parents, so we'll just wait and see. so far, no problems with 'em, they look and smell great, so i'll let em finish up on their own. don't want to cut em short on ripenening. should be nice, can't wait!!

Thank god i found this! i've been looking at this exact strain from Hemp Depot and i even wrote them asking how it could be real for such a low price but the person who emailed me back and promised the strain was official i've just been waiting to find someone who actually grow it!! Thank you so much for this thread man i really appreciate it. and actually i do ask of one thing if you don't mind helping a fellow bud lover out.. can some tell me the quickest and easiest way to order this. i'm guessing going through hemp depot is the way but should i use credit card or no? and could it be a prepayed cc? thanks alot!:jointsmile:
Hemp Depot is great. You have to use a International Money order, they dont do credit cards. I have ordered 3 times in the last month or so and never had problem with them. Even managed to get (30) C99! HD Rocks.
it took 93 days of flowering(including 12 days of flushing). It smells like concentrated berries and tastes the same. the high is really heady with a little body buzz. it has only been dried and not yet cured. i imagine everything will intensify with a good 3 or 4 weeks of jar curing. 2 hits from a small bubbler knocked me on my ass for a couple of hours!! real happy and not couck-locking at all. i only spotted 4 or 5 amber headz, but all the rest were full and cloudy. this pheno was a real sativa leaning type, who knows what other phenos will show up with the rest of my seeds. i can tell you this, this pheno was really leaning towards the dj short blueberry father.:thumbsup: the dried weight is about 3 grams under 7 oz. not bad for only 3 clones going from rooted clones to 12/12 without a veg. period. too bad the mom auto-flowered. we'll see what other phenos show up with the rest of the seeds. as far as hemp depot, i love them. fast, stealthy, and just as promised. use an international postal money order sent to a different address than the grow. heres some pics from harvest and last few days of the grow. enjoy!! keep questions coming, i'll answer as quick as i can.:D

thanx for the compliment jefferson:thumbsup: the website didn't give a finishing time. and i did look at both parents finishing times,but this pheno passed both of those times and never looked ready until 81 or 82 days.that plus the flush equalled the 93 days. i agree, 93 days is a hell of a long time. just able to look and smell, it was torture!! but if i could, i would do it again, no hesitation. the finished product is way worth the time and patience. we'll see what others come down the road from the rest of the seeds. i can't wait!!!:S5: i'll update after the cure is done if anyone is still interested. all you guys trying this strain, please post on it so all of us can learn about other phenos in this line... many thanks, T.H.C.:food10:
Happy Camper. I have 5 BBxAk47's that are in the fifth week of veg. One of the 5 is short and bushy the other 4 are the taller sativa phenos. Two of the sativa leaning phenos have begun to auto flower. Maybe your mother plant autoflowering was not an accident. This has change my mind about taking clones of this cross for the purpose of raising a mother. I could take clones from the indica leaning pheno and see what happens. By the way the sativa dom plants are about 12-13 inches tall. That should make 3-4 foot plants after streach in flower if I veg for another week.

Hey, happy camper, you seem to have more info than others on this strain. I'm growing it outdoors in Northeast. It's 2 days before the longest day of the year and they are only 2ft tall and yet half of them look as though they'll flower soon and one is already female. While I'm glad it's female, it doesn't exactly give me hope for a bountiful harvest at a max of 4ft tall. I mean, it isn't the mexican sativas I usually stick to, but was hoping for maybe 8-9 feet. Does anyone have any idea if either of its parents were autoflowering? Early is good, but damn, not halfway through june, lol. And I can't seem to find much info. Reading through this thread it seems it's fairly common for this strain to auto, but I was also thinking it may be stress from too much rain. thanks
