First, I'd like to say that these psychiatrists were obviously the typical "head shrinkers."
The test was on "a group that smoked at least five joints daily for at least the past 10 years (and, on average, 20 years)." Ha ha! I wouldn't be surprised if 5 joints a day for 20 years might shrink your hippcampus a bit. Cute little tiny hippo! That's a buttload of weed for a very long time!
What would happen if you drank five beers a day for 20 years? Five cups of coffee a day for 20 years? Five hamburgers a day? Five donuts? Anything taken to extreme for long periods of time is a bad idea.

Let me explain. It's a joke because some people think smoking kills brain cells. So you take that idea and juxtapose it against the idea of Darwinian natural selection. You say it DOES kill brain cells, but ONLY THE WEAK ONES. So the implication is that it increases the overall health of the brain by weeding out the weak brain cells. Lighting LED's with 1 AA battery with what looks to be good brightness, i'm looking into it atm i've got a little bit of an odd circuit going but it lights LED's not very brightly but if i understand the slightest what the circuit is doing it will light them indefinately, something that needs to be looking into huge if we want to escape this police state, argue all you want that it's not here yet but if we were really free we'd beable to grow food without a license and GPS coords on where we are growing.
