Potential problems with Seedlings Please Help!

E-indoor
E-soil,
E-Jiffy Seedling Starting soil
CSL-Soil type/brand
HCL-Hand Water
SCL-Added 25% perlite to starting soil
SCLR-around 7( Sh*tty ph,moisture,light meter....returning today for pool ph tester)
E-Tap Water allowed to sit for 48 hrs
E-source ph is around 7 once again sh*tty meter
HRT-Source water EC (if hydro)
E-12 days old from spout/ 10 days from first true leaves
E-Type of fertilizer- none
E-Rate of application- 2oz every other day
E-Lighting source and distance from plant - 4 6500k 26 w daylight CFL's now around 1 1/2 before like 1inch to 3/4 of inch...(Very Close
E-Air temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period) Day lights on 70-77F Humidity 45-52%
Night Lights off 77-84F Humidy 38-45
Lights are on in day because the room is colder in daytime due to hot outside temps....Room Temp is around 72F in the day and 80F at night.

E-Air % 38-55%
E-18/6
E-Type of ventilation your room has - Antec 3 speed computer fan rated at 39/56/79 cfm i run it on high speed 24/7

TR-Did you pre-soak your media in pH corrected solution? - no sprayed a little tap water on it

Here are more pics with potential problem areas:

Pic 1: One of the leaves has this on the tip....(The only one though)....Not really worried (this is right after wateing)

Pic 2: This is right after watering (1 minute) But the plant is turning downward and some of the leafs in my garden are taco'ing maybe 6 leaves out of all the leaves on all the plants...

Pic 3: One of the draining holes for the cups.....are the roots poping out a problem

Pic 4: another pic of the roots on the very bottom of the cup

Are these plants showing signs of rootbound? They are only 12 days old....maybe ph problems....maybe heat stress i read a thread from Daihashi and his plants look very similar

Sorry i forgot to mention the box size is 14in D x 22in W x 19in H

I'm thinking I'm looking at a ph issue.....but not positive because soil is NOT my strong point.

But I'd certainly get an accurate ph meter and check it....both the water AND the soil ph.

Couple things.
One- your water pH should be around 6.7 if possible. This is not the primary problem you have, though, as far as I can tell...
Next, your seedling soil appears to actually contain ferts. That's classic tipburn. Give a good heavy watering with tap water at pH 6.7 so that plenty comes out the bottom.
Last, if you can't control your temps, at least switch to 24/0 light schedule because you really don't want 'dark' temps higher than 'light' temps. And you'll have to correct this before flowering.

FYI you may see pool pH up/down when you go get the tester- THESE ARE BAD!!! The liquid indicator is fine to use, but you need actual plant up/down because the pool ones are sodium compounds and will kill seedlings.

sorry to thread jack but i have pool ph down solution, is it fine to use on older plants???
k back to your problem, it could also b an overwatering problem (but i would try stinkys suggestion first cuz she knows alot more then i do), how long to you wait between waterings?

Nope. Plants do NOT like more than trace sodium levels- they are very sensitive to metals!

Edit: I just re-read this. To clarify, the only plants that can survive high sodium in the soil are those typically found near saltwater, like beach rugosas, some types of legumes, and sea-grasses.

5. I think i can fix the temp and cooling problem if when i go to 12/12 start lights around 11am-11pm with another 2 CFL's daytime temps should run a little hot but not to bad probably 78-84, and at night maybe 80-84....i know this is a little hot but i really dont know what to do at this point..

I plan on designing a new grow tent when i move but i really dont know when at this point....studium with a 600 verticle cool tube...ill post the design later.....but for now i want to get my sh*tty system to work..

If you need to flush, don't wait.
If you can't repot right away, punch a BUNCH of extra holes in the cup for added oxygenation to the root zone and also to allow the soil to dry after the flush- even on the sides- make them about 1/4" diameter.
You can switch to 24/.0 anytime. No prob. Under 85'F is tolerable, but that's the upper limit of heat.

Bought aquatic ph meter like in the sticky stinky....

Tap water ph is 7.6

runoff water is 6.0

Now i have no clue what to do??

ill flush tonight but what ph should the water that i flush with be?

so i flushed each plant till it fill with water and drained like fifteen times....still getting runoff of 6.0-6.2

Should i add 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water and water my plants with some of this??

1/4 tsp of dolomite lime.....i can only find the pelletized form i heard this is not the right one.....i also found hydrated lime but i think ithis is the wrong one to?

Your goal is to raise the pH. Jsut your tap water alone shoudl do that, since it is significantly higher. But if you have plant pH up/down, make a solution at 6.9 and flush with that until the runoff reads 6.7. Use 3 times the water as the volume of the pot. So basically, make 3 party cups worht of water at the right pH and use all of that. Then you should be in much better shape.

the 1/4 tsp i was refering to was dolomatic lime, but i didnt flush with it...i used regular tap....3 cups per plant....about 30 extra holes in each cup.....soil seems to be drying nicely....thanks

i plan on transplanting tomorrow to a soil with a ph closer to a optimal one....i guess the jiffy soil mix which said it had lime in it just didnt do the job......I will check the runoff before i even transplant the plants to make sure its right.

I plan on using a mixture like your simple compost receipe but composed of.

40% compost humus combo
30% perlite
20% Potting soil probably miriclegrow organic since it has the lowest nutrient rating of all their products
10%wormcasting or maybe compost/humus combo
Some dolomatic lime per sq ft of soil/compost/humus combo

Will this work? And the only dolomitc lime ive found is pelletized (this is not good right?)

I'd avoid pelletized lime in a contianer garden. You should be able to find something packaged as 'garden lime'- I usually associate the pelletized stuff with lawn care. If you add it to your medium, don't go over what the package recommends for application per cubic foot.
Lime isn't very practical to use as a pH up in your liquid ferts though. Get some plant pH up and use that instead.
