Quick dilution question

I have a drug test in a couple weeks, by that time I will be 25 days clean. I was an avid daily smoker for about year where i would smoke from an eighth to a quarter of headies every week. I am 5' 11'', weighing about 150 lbs (i've lost about 8 - 10 lbs in the last couple weeks at the gym). Last year i was in the similar situation and passed a test at the 30 day mark with only drinking about a 32 oz gatorade before the test. This time I'm a little worried since i've been smoking more and better shit over the past year. I plan on doing a full dilution method this time to make sure I'm in the clear. Now to my question, what type of B vitamin should i take before the test? B-2, B-complex, or B-12? Also, does color of the sample even make a difference if I'm gonna creatine load before the test? Is the color just for show, or does it really matter?

Either a B@ or B complex will work. As long as everything else is OK color is just for show.

Thanks for the reply, I'll prob not take any vitamins. I passed an at home test today with drinking a 32 oz gatorade (12 days clean). I still have another 13 days to go so I think I'll be in good shape. I'm going to creatine load and do a minor dilute just to be safe.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'll be taking my drug test on the 25 day mark. (It will be on Monday.) I would suggest doing a practice run on delutting your urine before doing the drug test. Drink Gatorade and take vitamins (B-12, multi-vitiamins, creatine, etc.) Also eat a huge fatty steak the night before your drug test. As a back up, I would also purchase some Quick Fix (just in case if you don't feel confident on passing your test.)

So, B-12 will work as well as B2?

No it has to be B2 or B complex.

If you passed a home test your golden. Labs usually use your standard home test to see if it's positive, most samples never get sent away and checked for specific gravity n that stuff unless it's positive or if it looks like it's dilute. thats how they make their money. So the B-2 is pretty important. maybe more impotant than the creatine. Read up on the "Truth about drug testing" sticky, it's all there.

I read that B-2 could possibly cause a false positive.

The B2 is just for coloring. And usually that isn't an issue.
