Does QF passes the IgG test?
Would an emp. UA test for it?

I recall reading this exact quote on the craigmedical site when they were trying to market their IgG dipstick a few years ago. At last check, craigmedical seems to have since pulled the dipstick from the market, and as they should have --- heres why:Quote:

Human Glycoprotein Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is not part of drug testing/validity testing protocols. Sure there are (or were) dipsticks available to check for the presence of IgG, but under the US Dept of HHS regulations, validity testing requires confirmation complete with quantitive values reported. Since exact quantitive values for IgG are impossible without using complicated and expensive testing (such as DNA), its therefore illegal for labs practicing in the US to conduct IgG, or any other form of genetic testing on urine samples collected for a drug test, unless written authorization is granted by the donor. The authorization is made on an entirely seperate and detailed consent form.
The labs are only allowed to test for drug metabolites, creatnine, specific gravity, pH, and excessive nitrites. As long as your QF batch is not old and was kept away from direct sunlight, it will pass these checks.

i didn't know how far they would go.
i signed a consent that said they could test my urine, for a ten panel test - i imagine that if they want the hormone test, i would have to sign a consent at the lab. i hope the consent i signed during the interview does not cover it.
i was clean for 60 days because i was waiting to hear about this job offer.
was called and told i did not get the job :( - took 5 small hits that day :stoned: (and that was it)
they call back and say they made a mistake and i got the job. :( what a bitch.
it has been a week, and i should have a test next week.
on monday i tested neg. (strong line) after only two pint glasses of water.
should be OK with dilution but have the QF just in case. Agree the dil. should be OK? :wtf:
Follow the dillution sticky and it sounds like you will be ok. Substitute gatorade for the water.

All of us got nervous the first time. I overheated my sample the first time I subbed and was so worried someone could hear me blowing on the sample to cool it.lol SHould have a toked a little before I went in to calm down.lol:jointsmile:
Killer correct me if I am wrong here but sensi I don't think that the dilution method is completely necissary here. It sounds like you are going to pass given you took a drug test after only drinking a few glasses of water. Unless you are completely comfortable with the dilution method I just dont think it is worth the risk to give a negative dilute when you are essentially guarenteed to pass.
I agree... no point in over diluting if your passing with 2 pints of water. You may want to drink a 32oz gatorade and void once before you go to take the test. A few multivitamins and a couple of aspirin wouldn't hurt either.
2-3 pint glasses is still 32-48 oz of water - so, it is about the same as dil., no?
tested last night after drinking normally wiht dinner (although had been drinking water all day long) and got a very faint line, but was able to photograph it, so i guess it is a line.
imma see how it goes this weekend -don't think i'll have a test until the middle of next week so i feel better. i have several home tests and will be testing without dilution and with.
i would like to be able to pass without any dil. or sub. because i am just a nervous person and not very sly.
bcuz i did not do anything for 60 days (and showed two lines after 39 with only a glass of water), and then only had about 5 small :rasta: one day, over a week ago, you would think i would be OK 10-14 days out, right?
i am also practicing sub. with a condom in the panties -
too easy really and is much more comfortable than a 2 oz bottle in the drawers or up the va jay jay.
why dont more people go the condom route?
esp. women- pin a safety pin to the panties, puncture and go. right? temp has not been a problem when it is crotched.
i have seen some people post recently that they have been patted down (i know, it is not proper, but i would rather not risk anyone feeling a bottle much less dropping it or the "whoosh" sound of a cap), and wiht a condom in the crotch, it seems it would be hard to tell it wasn't just flesh.
nix the safety pin idea - takes too long, and too loud. will try just dumping in. prolly a good idea to have some lotion on the hands so as not to have the "rubber" sound?
Not only its not proper, its against the law for collectors to frisk or otherwise touch the donor in any manner if this is a UA for employment. Know your rights and do not be afraid to assert them!Quote:

drank a 32 oz gatorade, took 4 asprin, voided once after about an hour
tested 2nd void (hour and a half since drinking gatorade) with FirstCheck test
strong, dark line within 10 seconds of strip getting wet
should be fine for test which will be weds or thurs - so long as it does not go to GC/MS first - then i have no idea where i am
app says it is a SAP 10 by medtox, assume that means immunoassay first.
cant imagine a company wiht 400 employees runs gc/ms on every sap 10.
will continue to test over the next several days just to be sure
by way of reference for others - nothing for 60 days, 4-5 times once 9 days ago, nothing since. minimum of 30 mins exercise every other day, sometimes more.
