I have been saving them because I have heard that there is THC in them..... I am currently out of marijuana and I only have my stems... I dont want to eat anything. I just want to smoke..... Would it be ok if I cut my stems up real real real fine and roll them up and smoke them? Im just wondering would it get me high? Help

Im pretty sure they dont have any THC and they will taste like you are smoking wood chips so i would go with the tea.:thumbsup:
Itll taste really bad, but it might get you high. it might just give you a headache.
If your going to do it, dont roll a joint, it wont burn well.
Just grind it up really fine and pack it into a bowl.
The only thing I have is rolling papers. and I want to smoke it. I will try it and tell you guys how it goes.
ur best bet is to put ur stems in a pill jar and shake them and try and get all the little trics to fall off ur stems.
i do this with a 8th of stems and get about a bowls worth of keif
yes smoke those stems. It will be a little harsh but its definitely worth it if you don't have any. It boggles my mind when I hear people say there is no THC in stems and they just throw them out. True it doesn't have much and the high is dirty but still....if you have enough of them and smoke like 2 or 3 bowls you can get decently high. I usually hold mine until it builds up to a whole bunch...then whenever it gets to one of those day's where it takes days to get some new stuff you can just bust that out. I remember last summer there was shortage not just in my city but the surrounding cities as well. I found myself calling people who I haven't talked to in ages but one day I found....not weed but about a quarter of stems I forgot about. Lasted me about a week and half.
Yea you can smoke them, but they aint gonna taste too good.. They wont get you that stoned but im sure you'll feel some thing..
If your going to smoke it in a joint, make sure you grind them down to dust otherwise the joint will not smoke...

yeah I cut them up with scizzors <--yes I cant spell. I cut them up really really fine with scizzors, then I smoked that shit. It got me high like normal but they still had alittle bit of the mary jane on them so I guess thats why. Tasted alittle bad though.
fuck that, i always just chew the stems if i find any when im breakin up, when i run out, i just get more herb...
Use a grinder if you're gonna smoke 'em, or just snag up 5 bucks and drive up to your dealer. If you're tight with him he's gonna give you at least .5 - 1 gram, depending on the buds/dealer. I've gotten many 5 bag's in my day when i was low on cash. A nice bowl of dank at night is sure worth the 5 bucks.:rasta:
well, I got cash but i didnt have a car cuz one of my homies asked to borrow it. Dealer lives like 30 miles away sooo yeah. Only had stems. It worked though, so I will remember to save stems and do the same one day when im in this horrific situation. I liked the high just fine so its fine with me.

Blenderize the stems and sift out the white "sticks". Use that big wire mesh strainer that everyone has in their kitchen. The white "sticks" are trash. The greenish powder and bits of white are smokable, but HARSH. Works best in a pipe, but will make a joint.- Granny:hippy:
Yea. I've smoked a bowl of stems before. It got me a little buzz going that only lasted about an hour, but if you have a shit ton, load that shit up!
Get yournself some 90+% denatured alcohol and grind up your stems very very fine as much as possible. Soak the ground up mass in the alcohol, enough to float it and shake every few minutes.
Then strain it and pour the liquid on a pan/glass plate. Let the alcohol evaporate (ALL the way!) and scrape up the resulting oil. Works best with a decent amount of stems.
I had 25 or so g's of stems and shake, got 1.1g of oil.

ya you can smoke them but the taste is awful.
smoking stems is filthy, unless you just take a razer blade and scrape the crystals off them, and then just throw away the actually stems and smoke the keif
wow how desperate can you be... might as well stand over a camp fire and hyperventilate because stems taste like burning wood (which it pretty much is)...the headache would cancel out the high... if you have a large amount of stems you can make some hash/keif/edibles...
I never got a headache though, had like 3 or 4 gram bags worth of stems.
