Can you believe this????

Hi everyone. I was supposed to have test conducted tomorrow morning for a career move, but on friday i did a home urine test and after 71 days i still turned up positive. Through some sweet-talking (and a shit load of luck) ive managed to have my test put back to the 30th of april. On the morning of that test it will 97 days since my last smoke. Can i relax and hope a little dilution and some more luck perhaps will carry me though or am i a lost cause??:(
As you can probably figure out, i used to smoke an insane amount of the stuff, but im lean enough and keep fit. Id love to hear your views on this.

Man. 2 months? I reckon another 30 days and you should be sweet... Not that I've had much experience, but 3 months is a long time. Just drink heaps of water I guess.

Varmint... do not drink heaps of water, it will not help you get clean faster. You've got alot of time so i would suggest buying some cheap test strips. Start practicing dilution and testing yourself. Cardio and metamucil will also help you shed some thc metabolites. Keep yourself hydrated but don't overdo it on the water.:thumbsup:

I've seen 105 days and I think the second longest I've seen was 85 days. I know plenty of people in the 55-65 day range.

L Rag, excessive water won't wash away THC metabolites.

If you aren't clean at 97 days dilution could still be successful or you could just sub. I have a feeling at 97 days you will be ok. The 105 person was grossly overweight and you state you are lean.

Just to be sure, you did read the home test correctly Varmint?

Be sure and get as much exercise as possible and high fiber diet or metamucil. We're all rooting for you to break the record.lol:jointsmile:

Im pretty sure i did the test correctly. it tests for 6 differant drugs (any of which i dont have in my system apart from THC) and i got 2 full lines or bars within seconds for the other 5, but it only showed a tiny tiny piece of the second line for the THC when i read it after 10 mins like i was told to. The test i took has a 50ng/mL cut off whereas the militarys test is a 15ng/ml test afaik. so i figured im still positive.Also, I was slightly dehydrated that morning because i was exercising hard the previous day and failed to re-hydrade fully afterwards

Seems like very interesting information and it couldn't hurt to do this daily. It says lemons are an antiseptic and can help to cleanse and stimulate the liver and kidneys. It also helps your bowels aid in eliminating waste more efficiently. I'm kind of surprised i haven't seen any more posts on this. All this being said, i still would like to know how this can help remove thc metabolites. FBR... have you got any info or comments to this?

OK, here's the thing. A lot of tests use a value of 50 ng/ml as the cutoff value on immunoassay then 15 ng/ml confirmation with GC/MS. Immunoassay looks for 31 metabolites whereas GC/MS looks for 1 metabolite. The other most common set of values are 20 ng/ml on immunoassay then 10 ng/ml on GC/MS confirmation. The whole 50 and 15, 20 and 10 confuses a lot of people. If you are passing immunoassay at 50 ng/ml you should be able to pass 15ng/ml on GC/MS because immunoassay is looking for more metabolites.

Someone recently said the military uses 20 and 10 but I always thought it was 50 and 15. The 50 and 15 makes a little more sense to me because many recruiters will have some instant tests to use off the record for their recruits and I have only seen instant tests that test at 50 ng/ml (instant tests use immunoassay technology).

If the line can be photocopied or photographed, it is a line.
