Will I pass a 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS?

I've been off the bud for 5 weeks and have been drinking lots of water and some occasional running. I previously smoked almost everyday for about several years. I'm 5'8" and 160lbs. I've gotta take a test this week for a new job. I've been testing my piss with strips and the last one showed me being clean (the line was about 3/4 as dark as the second). My testing form shows that the test will be a 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS. Will I pass 100%, since the strips showed me a being clean? The testing strips tests down to 50ng/ml, but I believe a GC/MC test can detect down to 15ng/mg. Should I be worried?

Well, I can tell you that I haven't been able to completely confirm that the faintness of the strips means anything at all. ( Ive been trying.) There are differing views on that, read my thread. So I wouldn't put too much weight on how dark your lines are from test to test. Let me tell you this also, people do Not like it when others ask if they are going to pass yes or no. Its your body, you know more about yourself than anyone else, we don't know your metabolism and therefore anyone who actually doesn't want to mislead you will Not answer that question with a yes or no. If you truly are getting a gc test, not sure if what you wrote necessarily means that its automatically sent to the gas test as im not up on drug test notation, it will be alot more sensitive as you seem to already know. Passing your home test with no extraneous means is a GOOD first step. Remember a few things, drinking lots of water days before the test does Not help you rid yourself of thc metabolites faster, lots of posts containing that. Exercising is probably the best thing you can do in your situation, get into some good cardiovascular workouts Everyday for a while if you have time. Doing that and increasing your calorie intake daily will up your metabolism and is the best way to flush your system. Do not work out a few days before the test, be lethargic without the smoke and make sure you keep your vits up. 5 weeks of quitting is an aweful long time (better man than me) and I'd say you have a good chance to pass either way if you keep a good regimin (spell check) and follow N2's advice slightly. (no first piss of the day, mid stream, drink, take vits, etc.) No need really to heavily dilute and risk a diluted result if your already pissing clean. Hope that helps, and for reference Never listen to anyone that tells you you WIll pass for sure. They're usually the same people who say that sure gel lines the inside of your stomach and makes cleans.

The thc lines is normally more faint than the control line. I tested one with just distilled water and synthetic urine and the line comes up faint also. This is normal.

I took a sample from my wife (who hasn't smoked in years) and the thc line came out as dark as the control... so this kinda freaked me out (the thc line on my earlier test about one and half weeks ago was very, very faint). I've been testing myself every other day for the last couple of weeks. I believe exercising is the best way to speed up your metabolism and cleanse your body. I've been running a couple of miles whenever I can and afterwards when I test myself the thc line seem to get a little darker... so maybe there is a correlation.

Can't wait to take my first bong load after my test!

First off, I frickin feel you on that bong-load, Im staring down my ph(x) right now. I wouldn't have the gumption to be making these posts if I could use that sucker, Ha , just doing this to pass time till I can hit that mutha again. However, 420 posted on one of my threads, the one about faint lines coincidentally, that he tested his fresh quick fix and got a faint line. This gives hope, the darkness of the line could be totally non-dependent on the amount of Thc. Perhaps it relies on other factors, i.e. how much ink was used in making it, or maybe other chemicals in your pee make it dark or not and the reaction that causes it to show up is the only thing important. My guess is that the faintness is of little importance, but that is a guess. However I do doubt that any test controller would send a sample to a gc and waste company money if it tested negative, no matter the faintness. Im sure there are guidelines on what to do if that magical little line shows up, and they probably wouldnt stray from them based on the darkness of the line. If your testing negative and you still have time, I'd say your in pretty good shape.

Doing some research into immunoassay tests as FBR suggested would probably be the best course of action to find out for sure. I haven't had enough time to find reliable sources on that yet, but I'm sure once you understand the complexities of how the test actually detects the metabolites it would help explain whether or not the reaction could result in differing faintness of lines or if that is affected by a variable of its own. If I ever find anything Ill keep you posted.

Here's something you may want to consider if your a family man with money in the bank to spare. Find a local lab that you can go into before your mandated test and get a discrete lab test of the Exact same variety. Make sure they know you want one correlating to that notation you used. It could cost you a pretty penny, $40 and up from what I understand near here, but could be worth letting you know whether or not you need to substitute, which can be risky. Read 8 days to pass, theres a drug test horror story, poor guy. Also, I know the $15 tests at wal-greens have the option of sending the pee in if it turns up non-negative, but I dont know exactly the time-line/ reliability on that. If this test determines stuff in your life that you Dont want messed up, a lab test could be a good way to have some confidence.

Thanks for the advice... unfortunately I don't have time to go through a lab. I'll retest myself the day I go in and it shows up clean then I'll go for it, otherwise plan B would be to go to a head shopp and get some synthetic.

I'm been smoking bud for 30 years 4-8 times a day, nonstop. A real pot head. 27 days ago I quit because I found an ass kick job. I miss my bud so very much. Today 6/25 I passed the sap 5-50 gc/ms. Yesterday I passed sap 5-50 w/nit. On 6/6 I failed miserable the test my doctor ordered after I almost believed The First Choice Home Test Kit which showed negative. Over the counter drug test are BOGUS!!!! They'll offer you a refund but that's no consulation if you lose the dream job or fail a probation test.

For the last 2 weeks I flooded myself with POM pomagrante drink, cranberry juice and water. To the point I am weak and have explosive diarrearh.

AVOID home test kits. AVOID all those cleansers, POM and Cranberry juice is an oxident and will clean you out. I suggest you start NOW.

Neither will clean you out and your doing nothing but making yourself miserable by ingesting all this. Research the forums and you will see that only exercise, a high fiber diet, and abstaining from smoking are the only ways to clean out.

30 days + no smoking = clean urinalysis; I hear people are skeptical about this on the forum..After riding the government random urinalysis wave for a few years, Numerous studies have conluded 30 days WILL clean out the fat tissues of THC. Can be as quick as 21-23 days for active personnel:cool:

This maybe true in some cases but certainly not all. We've seen people on this forum take up to 100 days to get clean. It all depends on body weight, metabolism, and physical activity.

Yeah there is no way to tell anyone they will be clean in a specified amount of time. If you've got lots of time you can try it but if its a job you really need, subbing is the best way to go.

I quit exactly 6 weeks ago... tested positive today (on a home testing kit). It obviously depends on your body, how long you been smoking, etc, etc...

I'm very active (do cardiovascular activities daily), 6ft 1in, 200 pounds. I think I have a pretty good metabolism, but still... 6 weeks!! Granted, I smoked for over 10 years, daily, at least 2 doobies (usually more...) :rasta:

Btw: The dilution sticky works... just gotta be careful that the urine is not too diluted though otherwise you'll have to retake, or in the worst case, they'll consider it a fail.

By the way, if anybody ever tells you that smoking weed inhibits your learning: I finished my bachelors and masters degree in electrical/computer engineering, smoking every single day...

Hi, I'm trying to find out something. If someone only smoked at night and has not smoked in 30 days and used the Instant Cleanser before their drug test could they pass it. Used the home test on the 17th, 20th, and 27th day since smoking and failed the thc part of the test. The home test are not cheap and tired of using them and spending unnessesary money. What do you think?

These detox drinks are so unreliable. You can get thc strips off ebay for about $1.30 each.

Hi, Thanks for the information. Bought one more test kit from walmart and still failed the thc on the 35th day. I've been working outside to sweat more and drinking alot of water. I've got to take a drug test tomorrow for real, any advice. Well, I say fail, the line is so faint for negative, I don't want to risk it...

If you can't sub then follow the dillution sticky. Substitute gatorade for the water.

why gatorade? it is hi in sodium, right? doesn't that make you retain water?

Hey, I passed the test! Did some reading and I think I was getting a false positive because I had been taking antibiotics for a few weeks. Thanks for trying to help!

THIS IS NOT TRUE! I failed on a test for a job I desperately needed even after 9 weeks of non smoking!
Im 6'3, 275 pounds. I got a lot of fat on me that I could stand to lose. It all depends on YOU! Your metabolism, your body fat, your amount of physical activity, how long you been smoking the stuff.
That 30 day crap is NOT TRUE. I've heard it so much by so many people who dont know a damn thing about THC storing in body fat.

Were you passing the at home tests and then still tested positive for the job test? 9 weeks sucks dude, I am sorry to hear that you didn't pass.
