Toasted Weed Cheese Sandwich
holy hell i was baked out of my mind yesterday. for those of you who are trying to cook with weed in the easiest possible way i will tell you what i did.
things needed: weed, toaster oven, cheese (kraft singles or equiv.), bread
aright, preheat your toaster oven to 400 degrees on bake setting. while thats firing up, place one slice of cheese on a piece of bread, and get your weed out. break it up real fine and sprinkle it on top of the cheese ( i used about half a gram maybe a little more between both slices and i was fuckin blasted ) do that for both pieces and put them in the oven. leave em in for about 15 minutes maybe a little longer.
when i did this yesterday i expected the cheese to melt but it only half-did. the bottom part melted but the top part of the slice just puffed up and got brown. i thought in my head "shit its not gonna work" but i was way wrong. i ate both slices sandwiched together and about an hour later i was higher than a motherfucker.
i didnt even wanna be that high, the crazy shit is i only used half a gram.
if anyone can tell me how i can get the cheese to totally melt next time that would be cool. peace

try flipping the sandwich over half way through cooking it. should give a little better heat distribution.

yea, for the first like 7 minutes try cooking it like you were, open face with the weed on top of the cheese on each slice. then for the last 8 minutes sandwich the sides together and let it cook like that. that should cook more evenly. in fact im gonna go try this now lol

alright i just finished and first of all that tasted rele bad lol i also made some changes by cooking it at 300 degrees instead of 400 so the cheese wouldnt burn. other than that i did the same thing. ill see in an hour how i feel

...But does it REALLY work?
I've tried dozen of different recipes besides the butter, and none of them work like the butter does.
But I still don't see how half a gram (about a bowl pack) is better eaten than smoked?

Well... its not exactly better... its different. Like, if you smoke it all at once, surely you will get FAR higher than if you eat it... even if you smoke it in any normal way (bong, pipe, joint, etc), you still will get higher.
But the high from eating lasts longer, and its different. Its more mellow, calming, more a kind of a body high (even if the weed were a pure sativa)... it takes longer to kick in, so you have time to feel all the different effects of the weed starting, one after another... you can feel that you are becoming stoned, slowly... and its a unique feature of eaten/drinked weed.
Also, if you use enough (or rather too much) weed and a eficient way of extraction (cannabis capsules/green dragon), you can reach levels of highness almost unattainable by smoking... :stoned::abduct::thumbsup:

The first time I took a ride on the edible bandwagon, I didn't know what in the hell I was doing, so me and a few of my friends took a little over a quarter ounce of some insanely powerful headies and dumped it all over a thin crust pizza. A few hours later, halfway through some random movie, I was incapable of speech... motor function... intelligent thought in general, etc. I don't think any of us had ever been so lifted in our entire lives. We didn't say a word, just watched the movie in total silence, occasionally uproariously laughing at some stupid segment, then we all passed out where we sat.
What a night, though! :jointsmile: I wouldn't, however, recommend eating this much and needing to function properly around sober people. A small buzz can generally be passed off with very few problems, but a monumental stone like the one we had that night is going to be pretty damn obvious!

or did u sandwich the weed in 2 slices of cheese on top of a slice of bread and bake it like that.

That would cook the THC OUT of the sandwich actually.
The only way i see it working as good as the butter is if the THC is cooked and absorbed into the cheese, so placing the half gram or so between 2 slices of cheese in a sandwich, and cooking it that way would melt the cheese and seal the weed and THC INSIDE the cheese, cooking it right into it.
Cooking it or heating it exposed will cause the THC to escape right to the top of the oven, not into the sandwich ;)
I tried it yesterday, minimal effects, but it was okay...kind of felt heavy for the rest of the day...
I would say it would be cool before a movie, or maybe towards night time before sleep, but during the day just makes you feel heavy, lazy, good, but bored.
