IM SO SORRY REASSURE ME ONE MORE TIME AND IM DONE please every1 read this last 1!!!

OK here it is 24/7 smoker, 5'9 185 i quit about 5 days ago at least i have until march 11 to get clean for a military drug test. Starting tomorrow i will start taking about 6 caps of metamucil a day, I will be drinking 8 cups of water a day and a few cups of cranberry juice, also running at least 1 mile a day while doing at least 100 push ups and sit ups a day and also im not going to eat very much each day at all (if that will help). In all honesty should i be worried at all and i will also be taking a stacker 2 fat burner daily...WILL I BE FINE..HONESTLY...what more can i do daily to MAKE SURE that there will be no trace of this and to ease my mind because im having like miny panic attacks because im worrying about this so much it consumes my thoughts all throughout the day, and im so sorry for posting about it so much. what more can i do daily, would laxatives help, would niacin help, would water pills help anything more that would help i will do and again im sorry and im truthfully greatful for all your help because failing would be the end of my life

Dont over due the water. Do you drink beer? Its a dieretic meaning it makes you piss so dont stop if you already do. Follow the plan you have already laid. And a couple days before piss day make sure your not just pissing water, your gonna cause yourself to fail doing that. Eat and drink regularly, drink 3 8 ounce servings of water a day and exersise, sounds like youll pass. Just dont smoke no more and you'll be good.

From my minimal knowledge you'll be fine. Just don't smoke until after the test. :thumbsup:

And of course follow SantaClawz advice too.

Read N2's dilution method make sure your creatinine levels are way up and be sure to use a measured amount of water the day of the test.

What in the world is all this advice? Diuretics don't clean you out or improve how fast your kidneys remove THC metabolites, they only increase the amount of water in the urine or if you want to look at it this way cause your body to reabsorb less water while passing through the kidneys. 3 8 ounces glasses of water isn't that much either. 24 ounces of water in a day? That might not even be enough to stay hydrated depending on the temperature and activity level. While I preach about drinking tons of water will not clean you out I think 24 ounces is a little too little.

While 35 days might be enough time for the OP to pass, there is a chance it may not. I suggest to the OP to buy some test strips on line for cheap.

I would definately buy some home test kits. 35 days might not be enough time for you to be clean. There are some on this forum that have taken over 60 days to get clean. If you use the dilution method the day of the test you should be fine but drink gatorade instead of water and don't exceed 40 ounces. Make sure you piss midstream and I would presume you would be fine. I was a daily smoker for 15+ years 2-5 times daily and it took me 35 days for the home kits to come back negative. I'm 6'1'' 230 pounds though. I passed my test after 49 days with flying colors and now it has been 66 days and I'm keeping it that way. The stress was just so unbearable to me and I'm not going through that kind of stress again. It is just not worth it.

You also stated on your previous post on January 27th that you had quit smoking but I see you are still going at it. According to this new post you quit February 2nd. I would be all nervous and franctic to. You really need to quit smoking dude if you want to pass this military test. Remember the military tests for 20ng instead of 50ng which could cause you an extra 10 days of half life if your metabolism is slow.

no i did quit on the day that i posted, i was just using that date as even more of a reassurance for me. but now that this hasnt helped reassure me at all i guess ill just freak out and probally not pass and ruin my life, lol

Either you will pass (fairly likely) or you won't. And fretting about it isn't going to help. Take a deep breath, and deal with things as they get here. ok i run at least 1 mile a day ..would running more help or would it just be overdoing it, and also would walking help

So how many clean days do you have at this point?

Work out really intensely up until a week before your test then stop working out. 1 mile is good but the more you do the better. Just stop 1 week before the test dont exercise at all that week not even the 1 mile.
