Dilution Question (nervous)

I have a quick question about dilution.

I understand that dilution is supposed to be done the day of the test; does that mean if you smoke like 24-48 hours before the test dilution has been proven to bring a negative result?

I'm asking this mostly to settle some nerves; I smoked for like the past 6 days some really dank nugget and have 16 days to get clean. I have smoked before and taken a drug test with mild dilution and have passed, Iâ??m nervous just because I smoked a lot more this time over 6 days.

Couple Questions:
I plan on working out at least once a day running/biking/weight lifting. Eating high fiber foods and taking Metamucil, I have the powder stuff how much do you people think i should take in a day just once tablespoon a day? Also I am taking Multi-Vitamins, and cranberry pills, would taking b2 vitamins right now make sense I heard they speed up your metabolism? I also have test strips I plan on testing myself in 7 days to see where Iâ??m at. My weight is 170lb, height is 6ft, I usually can get clean after about 4 days after smoking once.

Any other advice would be much appreciated.

A lot of people have passed using the Dilution method with only 24+ hours of abstinence; you have two weeks under your belt so you should be fine. I'm roughly the same build you are (6'1 160ish) and I'm still testing dirty after 11 days but I guarantee if I diluted I'd pass.

Keep up with the exercise though; stop a couple days before the test and follow the sticky.

How much did you smoke?

Why would you dilute if you can just get qf?

They watch me pee thats why.

You have limited options then. A whizzinator or dillution. Dillution does help a lot for low to maybe moderate smokers.

I smoked 4+ times a day every day.

I would suggest to use your own piss and do what you need to do to make your piss clean, dullution, supplements so you dont come up dillute. I have never used any kind of device to substitute urin. I used to sub(i put the pee in a pill bottle and stuck it in my sock, I wouldn't suggest doing this, I was EXtremly lucky, only ladys worked there and they did not check the temp.

Well my test tmw and I my home test strips are giving me a faint line but that was 3-4 days ago so i think with mild dilution tmw i should be fine. Good thing to cause i want to smoke wed, theres going to be a lunar eclipse.

Good luck. I passed my drug test using the dilution method when I had just smoked 6 hours earlier and under the influence of other psychoactive chemicals. Don't forget to add weight to your piss or it will look clear and you won't be able to pass.

Thanks, i'll be drinking gatorade and taking b-complex, also a little aspirin. I'm only doing mild dilution because like i said i technically passed the home test even if it is a faint line. With dilution the line will be darker.

The line may not get any darker. My experience has been the line is pretty faint no matter how long I've been clean.

MY QUESTION IS... I AM A FEMALE 139LB 5'6. I HAVE NOT SMOKED FOR OVER 2WEEKS. MY NORMAL ROUTINE WAS A HIT OF MY HUSBANDS BLUNT 2-4 TIMES A WEEK. I TOOK A HOME TEST THAT WAS A DEFINITE NEGATIVE. IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO BEFORE I TAKE URINE TEST FOR EMPLOYMENT TOMORROW?
