I get up, brush my teeth, drink several cups of black tea. Then, after I've had my morning dump, I make breakfast- usually a cheese and spinach omelet, or weetabix and warm milk with strawberry jam, or if I am back home in scotland, fried tattie scones, beans and tofu sausages. Then I either go work, or I smoke a bowl and sit around checking the internet before heading out on my bike somewhere.
wake up, realize its morning and either that im too hot or too cold, sleep "just another five minutes", think about skipping class, have that dream where you get ready and then wake up and youre still in bed, get out of bed, think about skipping class again, put deoderant on, pee, and brush my teeth, maybe contacts but usually glasses, think about skiipping class again, get dressed and put on my ipod and walk to class.
it depends if I have to go to work or not. like today, im off.
So I woke up, made my bed and I usually deal with stuff. like today it was calling a collections agency in california:mad:and now that I'm done with that I need to go to the bank so I'll workout and then shower. Get dressed and eat something. and then go do that stuff. I notice that if I wake and bake, I wipe out my afternoon. lol
I couldn't imagine going to school, high. hahaha
I WILL smoke later though. Maybe when I watch "The moment of truth" on fox. lmao
I get up and shower,dump and grab a Green Tea and sit outside and burn a bowl or 2 while I water my garden while I wait for the manapua truck to pass down my street so I can buy my breakfast.
If I have a bag of weed in my room, I wake up immediately. It's not easy getting out of bed when there is no weed anywhere.
Coffee, weed, cereal, broccoli, tall glass of water, and the news.
Sometimes I don't have time for a few of them.
Grab coffee, have a bowel movement, and now I'm off to my 3rd part of the morning I've been doing for the past 2 months; sit on the back porch with my headphones on, listen to some great music, and smoke some tobacco. Stupid? yes. Gonna get cancer? Maybe. Shitty depressed life where this is my only pleasure? You bet. So for now, I'll keep up my vitamin C and D and hope for the best.
If I don't have to get up I don't have a morning ritual, more of an early afternoon roll out of bed...
On a morning where I do have to get up, I start to hear music in my dream then I realise it's my alarm. I wake up, lay in bed for about 5 mins considering going back to sleep. Eventually I get up and drink a glass of water, then I go for a shower. Then breakfast, usually a sandwich, next I brush my teeth and head out to lecture.
I usually wake up, have a cup of coffee, have 3 or 4 eggs, and a bowl of oatmeal, then hit the gym. After that I shower, and typically go to work.
Well... my "morning" ritual, which starts about 5-6 PM, is to wake and come to my PC, to check emails, visit cann.com, and so. I may eat one cracker or two while doing it. After it, i decide if will smoke or not. Mostly i do, as i have not school, job, or anything to disturb my vacation. When i finish smoking, the sun is setting, and then the night begins.
One thing i never understood is people who brushes their teeth before the breakfast, but seems not to brush it after. I always thought brushing the teeth was for cleaning it after eating... and not cleaning it for eating... :confused:

Living with family, I almost never have the opportunity to do wake and bake sessions...On the very rare occasions I did when I got the chance within the past couple of years, the experience was usually nice, although I felt my body and mind slower for the rest of the day. I prefer smoking at night.
The acid in some foods and drinks can weaken the enamel on your teeth, and brushing straight after can remove some of the enamel. I know it's not good to brush your teeth after you drink orange juice.Quote:

I usually have to take a dump about 30 minutes after i wake up, so i do that then
I then proceed back to my room and rummage around the floor and baskets for the cleanest shirt and pants
Dress
If i have some weed ill usually smoke a bowl, unless i have some important matters at hand
but if i work ill usually smoke an hour before leaving to be on the safe side
then if i dont work i just chillax until someone i know wants to chill with me
and that is the litteral play-by-play of every morning, nothing has been left out, no i dont eat nor shower in the mornings
quite simple
Wake up, eat breakfast, shit, brush teeth, possibly take a shower if i feel like it, smoke, then either go to work or play video games all day...
in the summer its a different story though.... i stay outside all day

All I meant is that going to school SUPER high doesn't sound appealing to me. Sorry if you misunderstood me. You know, a couple of years ago I used to have the same morning ritual also...and it didn't get me anywhere.
But everyone's different.. you could study harder and work better, high.

I think smoking AFTER school is better. But to each his own.

If it's a work day, I get up when her alarm goes off, hit the head, start her coffee, turn on the morning news, and finish whatever is left in my bowl or vape, and pack another.
When the coffee's done, I pour it into her travel mugs, and bring her one either in the shower, or the hot tub. Then I make her lunch (yogurt, fruit, sandwich or salad, chips or croutons, drink, and desert). Then I continue smoking and watch a bit of news.
She never medicates in the morning.
If we have a dog (we sometimes babysit for our friends dogs), she will take them to the park for 20 minutes, and I have time to puff some more, and check cannabis.com.
When she's ready, I either drive her to work, or she takes the car.
On weekends, I sleep in, unless I have an organizing meeting for a cannabis org. I just sleep until I wake up, then I use up whatever is left in my bowl or vape (see above) while she makes me breakfast.
wake up, shit/piss, put on some music to listen to while i shower (usually raggae in the morning), shower, get dressed, get the newspaper and read it while i smoke a joint... then breakfast and a bongload and i'm on my way...

which one, which day?lol. wake up, let the dogs out while relieving my self at the toilet. might have done a little relieving before in bed. :thumbsup: start the coffee pot if it isnt on, smoke a cig and turn the pc on. let the dogs in and get my first cup, then the rest of the day follows. the other guy wakes up 2hrs before work, has coffee and probably turns on the pc. once awake showers and gets work ready, kiss kiss then off to work. weekends are a different story. stay in bed till the dogs wake us up or we feel like getting out of bed.

make coffee and breakfast (thievery corporation)
roll a nice doob or pack a bong bowl while eating a bannana and drinking tea on my back porch overlooking something beautiful while reading the newspaper.

go to a job which i actually enjoy/go to a school in which my professors have something valuable to teach me

Currently, it consists of awakening in a hurry for getting up at the last minute and dashing straight for a quick shower. Then I run to the kitchen, grab whatever I can quickly find to eat, and head to work.
When I don't work, I usually slowly wake up in the middle of the afternoon.. Smoke a bowl, eat a bunch, watch some TV...then go for a hike.
I want to change my work scheduled mornings routine. From now on I am going to go for a short run to start with, then come back, shower, and eat properly before leaving. Then in a relaxed manner, gently cruise to work.
Every morning, I try to act as normal, but, for two hours, I walk around in frustration & pain as I feed the cats, make my coffee, smoke a cigarette, then use the toilet, after. Usually, I have pot, so then I'll magically flip my life around. Then, I watch it flip back around. Then, I'll magically flip it. Then, it creeps back. This is a daily ritual.
Carrying my coffee hurts. Wiping my ass hurts. I would do it with my right hand, but, ever since my brain trauma, I can't carry my coffee or wipe my ass with my right-hand, anymore. Now, because some guy wanted to get from Food Lion to Farm Fresh, during rush-hour, I can't do it with my left-hand, without pain.
And, then I smoke cannabis. Life is great. I'm actually going to take my first hit, since I've woke up, right now.

Oh, great. I had a hit-and-a-half left when I fell asleep at 3:30 p.m. I woke up at 12:00 a.m. My girlfriend left my plate bare, and, packed the rest in my one-hitter bowl, filling it up halfway.
This is how the world works.
Well, it wasn't a full hit, but, it (definitely) activated my cannabinoid receptors.
I just noticed that I picked up my left-leg and set it on my right, something that hurts (both moving it and resting it). But, it doesn't hurt after I've smoked (neither moving it or resting it). In fact, I didn't even think about moving it and resting it. Without pot, I have a mental block.
Without cannabis, I know that I move my left leg because it signals that it hurts. I know that I rest it, because it does the same (only hurting in different ways).
