Ok im 5'9 185 and have been smoking a few bowls a day for the past 4 months, i have 35 days until the day i ship out and i will have to take a drug test that day, i have been running a mile and a half every day along with sit ups, push ups and pull ups, also i have started to drink alot of water also, what else could i do to help flush it out and am i pretty much fine.? im extremly worried.
Have you gone to MEPS? Quit now. Either the weed, or the service. I smoked in the military, but I wouldn't recommend it.
yeah i went to my first meps, and then got my leave date its actually march 11 so i have alittle more than 35 days but should i be fine ..i wont be smoking anymore at all.
Yea I have MEPS comming up in about days. I my last time smoking was last week which will mean I will have a full 32 days before the test. I do a lot of exercising everyday which includes, like you, running, situps, pushups, pullups and some other weight activities.
Last time I took a drug test I blazed like a tuesday and had the test on the wednesday of the following week for insurance purposes. I drank a lot of cranberry and pomigranite juice and then a shitload of water before the test. I passed.
This time around, since its way more important, I will be drinking a lot of cranberry and pomigranite again, taking milk thislte supplements (which I heard works well- search it on this forum), maybe one of those 7-day detox kits, multi vitamins. And of course, continuing to exercise.

a few more responses would help me feel better i will be upping the running to 2 miles a day and i wear a sauna suit which helps me sweat more...should i be fine within 30 days honestly
oh yeah youll be fine i have a test on the 31rst fora court date. i smoked two every day upto two weeks ago. Drink your water, do your exercise. Drink Cranberry juice... and if you really want to make sure you pass. start taking shots of vinegar every few days. you have no idea how fast vinegar can help you pass a drug test. helped me on multiple occasions.

You're right I have no idea about vinegar and it helping with a drug test for marijuana. Care to explain how that actually works or could this just be another myth or do you just like pickles? Why is the cranberry juice helpful or do you just like the taste of cranberry juice?Quote:

keep up with your regiment and do the detox thing.. and you have PLENTY of time so mind at ease.. mind at ease..
what you should do to make sure is buy a couple OTC drug tests at rite aid, cvs, walgreens, etc. that way, you'll be able to get some reassurance on whether youre clean or not
