Maybe someone else has better eyse.....i can't tell from the photo. Sorry.
male
edit: 3rd pic makes it painfully obvious.
Anything i can do with it? besides brutally murder it..
I would hold off killing it since it isn't clear at this moment.
the 3rd pic is of a male for sure... u can see the lil cluster of about 3 to 4 balls
Its hard to tell if those are balls. I see female in 2nd pic, I think i see the hair, but cant really say for sure. But it does look like clusters on the 3rd pic. Could be new growth of leaves tho.
ill give it till monday.
Ill update you guys with new photos then.
Thanks for the replies.
male
thanks opie, I've seen quite a few males in my time. Theres no mistaking that.
Pull back the outer layer of those little pods and you will see seed-like things in them instead of hairs. You need a magnifying glass for that.
I didn't want to start a new thread, the subject seemed to fit...
I am in my last few weeks of flowering, and everything is in the 'swell' stage, harvest is soon. my plants are all clones from a female. I might be jumping the gun on this, but it looks like at random spots (2 or 3), that I have seeds... Now I don't know if they are male or even a seed, or IF that is the way the calyx looks like when it starts to open (even in female). In the attached photo, the area I am talking about is in the middle. it has a 'SEED' exterior to it. This is my first grow.
Is this normal? Hopefully this is 'normal' :)
I don't see any evidence of seeding but only time will tell , was the plant exposed to a male or could you have accidentaly pollinated it by contact with a male outside of your grow?Quote:

Well im sure now that its a male but i said i was gonna post more pics of it so here they are.
Well should i kill it?
Or is there anything i can do with it?
:(
Is it possible to seperate it into it's own little grow area ?
If not then you have no choice than to destroy it unless you want your females pollinated.
If you can seperate it you will still need to be extremely careful not to accidentaly carry pollen on your clothes or body from the male into your female area.
