i seen a site that ships free marijuana seeds to people who claim to have a medical reason for it, its www.kayalounge.com i have a feeling the dea or police are behind this(who gives free seeds?). any one have any experience with this site? is it illegal to recieve marijuana seeds through the mail? you think theres cops behind this?
well lets see my common sense tells me that it wouldn't be legit...i mean even if it was to get help for people with medical reason first of all they would more than likely have to have a prescription for it then ontop of that common sense tells us that at most they would sell them at discount prices....or you would have to buy something from them or some other catch....i haven't had any experience with it....but it's just one of those thigns that sound too good to be true....tho i highly doubt it's the police or dea....i think they would have bigger fish to fry than people taking free seeds....if you see a site that offers free bud then you need to close the page instantly and never come back lol
i recived four packs of seeds free at cannabis pro. by entering their free seed giveaway!! i got 43 to be exact, and they were very helpfull, stealthy, and shiped them out nice and quick.

Even with a prescription or recommendation patients have to find the marijuana themselves. Some join clubs or organizations in which marijuana is grown (still illegal under federal law) and dispensed to patients while others grow their own. Though the matter is controversal marijuana seeds are not scheduled under the controlled substance act and contain very little to no thc. People order them from Nirvana, Dr. Chronic, Sensi ect. over seas, in which case you have a chance of them being seized by customs. If they are seized you get a letter in the mail declaring they seized them and that is all. The feds will not knock on your door, the swat team will not be called in, no bombs will be dropped on your house.
Free seeds, free shipping, really nothing to loose. I doubt its a conspiracy by the government, it would be too easy to put anybodies name and address in the form...there would be little evidence that you actually ordered them. Plus, they're only seeds.Quote:

ull have to pay for it dome other way...youll eventually do something for someone for free...then thast u paying back the free thing u got. but a lot of ppl dont do that cause they are selfish bastards :) so there are some free things in life

not unless you got a prescription or somthing....they actually check with yoru doctor to see ifyou have a medical condtion that calls for it...that is of course if they weren't lying to me

well i finally filed out the form, i even gave a real medical reason for it, i have diagnosed general anxiety disorder and occasionally suffer panic attacks. i have no idea how ill get them a doctors prescription, ill try to fake one i guess.
if you fake one and u get cought, you will definatly get charged for fraud.
they cant do that, marijuana is illegal for ALL purposes under federal law so they'd be fucking themselves if they tried doing that the dea would find out there sending seeds across state lines (trafficiting) and shut them down, if they dont buy the fake doc's note theyll most likely just not send me anything.Quote:
