Wierd thing happened today...

ok, ive smoked marijuana all day every day for approxamately 2 years now....im no stranger to it at all, i can smoke 3-4 grams in a sitting with no problem...i sometimes even find it hard to get high...



but today something wierd happened...i hadnt smoked in 2 days which was extremely wierd for me, and i smoked about 3-4 bong hits(with tobacco in it cuz i always have used tobacco mixed with my weed)....now 3-4 bong hits usually wouldnt even get me stoned, but i guess since it was 2 days without weed it REAAAALLLY effected me because i got SOOOOOOOO stoned it was ridiculous, i could feel my blood rushing and went lightheaded and thought i was gonna faint...but didnt.

i then got up, started walking to see what my friends were doing....on the way my blood started rushing like NUTS and i was afraid i was gonna fall down, so i tried to lean up against the fridge, then i knew that i was for sure gonna fall so i tried to turn around and walk back to the couch and i DID, but then i looked back and MY BODY WAS STILL STANDING IN THE KITCHEN!!!!....when i realized this everything went black and i woke up on the floor to people like "WTF DUDE ARE YOU ALRIGHT!" "HOLY FUCK MAN U FREAKED ME OUT THAT WAS THE CRAZIEST THING IVE EVER SEEN"

I had no idea what happened....but my friends said i was standing and all of a sudden just fell flat on my back on the kitchen floor and smashed my head off the ground and shit and then just laid there for a couple minutes unconscious before waking up....


i remember making it to the couch before falling....im positive of this....but i looked back and saw myself in the kitchen aswell...it was fucking wierd man

Can someone say "laced"? That's the only explanation i can think of... btw, do yourself a favor and GET THAT CANCER LEAF OUT OF THERE!!!

This could be a dumb question, but are you a regular tobacco smoker? I wouldn't even consider mixing tobacco and bud except in spliffs, let alone a bong. If I hit a mixed slide, I'd probably do the same, and I smoke unfiltereds.

well, if youv been smoking every day for 2 years then a 2 day break would probably be a long enough tolerence break to get you extra baked..i think

ive had similar experiences where i got all lightheaded and popped my face on the counter, even a little crook in my nose to remember it...i went to the dr about it cuz i was real freaked out and it turns out it was a blood pressure tank. i had been sitting down and hadn't eaten anything all day....but i also know that tobacco will make your blood pressure drop, so thats my guess.

ya but to that degree? I mean a 2 hour hookah session delivers a hell of a lot more nicotine than that and i've never heard of such a blackout. This sounds more like something wrong with the weed; a 2-day break shouldn't lower a tolerance that much.. maybe a certain strain?

idk if you've ever taken bong rips of tobacco...they are pretty intense and gross. The fact that he could "feel my blood rushing" and getting lightheaded make me think it is. Plus it got worse when he stood up, a la even more blood pressure dropping as it flows back into his legs. I'm AM a Dr. its just that I'm a Dr. of Love

well i smoke tobacco everyday in my bong hits nothing was out of the ordinary except for the fact i hadnt smoked in 2 days....


and i dont think it was laced because it was from my personnal dealer whom i know pretty well and everyone else was smoking the same weed(we were all at his house).

however, someone did shed some light on this for me....

I was sitting down for approxmately 3 hours smoking bongs and chatting beforehand, and i hadnt eaten anything since breakfast....not only that but i was pretty stressed out and had pretty high anxiety at the time....

im thinking the mix of anxiety, no food, stress, and the fact my tolerance was the lowest in a while, could of made it so when i stood up(sometimes when i stand up i get a headrush) i could of got TOO MUCH of a headrush and passed out unconscious....

doesnt change the fact i felt i looked back and saw my body standing in the kitchen while i walked to the coach to sit down....

do you usually take bong hits with tobacco in em?

Its a long shot...but my guess is....u were expecting to be higher...so u kinda tricked ur mind into thinking u were super fucked up....and the tobacco prolly put a huge dizzy kind of body buzz on u....which prolly even made u more paranoid cuz u were high.....then you had an OBE. lol i dont get it

well if they found you in the kitchen, then that just means you blacked out...and then hallucinated walking to the couch...

im talking about tobacco/weed mixed in the bowl....everyone in my town does 'em, their called "poppers".....its just tobacco with weed ontop in the bowl....i havent smoked a straight weed bowl in probably a year or so, so the tobacco shouldnt of effected me anymore then normal.

poor thing I imagine that was a real trip !

Have you ever heard about out-of-body-experiences? Several people reported this while high... there was threads about this, but they were in the experiences forum, which unfortunately doesnt exist anymore. :(

Anyway... what happened with you is not a completly unheard-of experience... if you are interested, try to search in the internet for "OOBE" or "astral projection"... you may find a lot of interesting things. :thumbsup:

And, please, dont smoke tobacco... differently of weed it is harmful to your health, and nicotine is a very bad drug also... smoke weed! :rastasmoke:

I couldn't imagine taking a hit of tobacco mixed with weed out of a bong. That'as harsh on the lungs with the tobacco mixed in. Tobbacco isn't meant to be taken in big hits like that, and my guess is the overdose of nicotine. A case of too much being absorbed in the lungs at once.

If you aren't a regular tobacco smoker, then I'm sure it was the nicotine that did it to you. It's the same effect of someone smoking while on the patch. It's too much entered into the bloodstream at once which results in dizzyness and blacking out.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, but avoid tobacco in a bong or pipe. It's better with a joint as you can control the hits, but with bongs and pipes, it's easy to take too much in at once.
