urine analysis help

Hey guys, I have an official UA coming up at the end of this month, the kind that tests for 15/ng that is the cutoff point...the actual test date is either the 29th of Jan or the 30th....I've been smoking regularly and daily but some days not as hard as the usual 4-8 blunts...I'm only 117-119lbs in weight just checked that on the scale here, so im very lean n skinny, I have a fast metabolism, and the last few UA's i've gave myself 28-30 days I believe to clean out, I dont take any pills i just workout and drink water and eat like regular...just wondering do you think i'll be okay this time and any all natural tips to pass my test...I am burning my last and only blunt today....so ill have 27 days of non smoking time to clean out and detox...you guys think this okay for my specific body weight n time....? thnx for the help

also my workout plan will start tonite and continue up until the last few days until the test playing basketball, and whatever else to burn fat n sweat

Go with a high fiber diet with a good workout schedule till about 3 days before the test and then take it easy. Drink 40 ounces of gatorade the morning of the test,piss a couple times before the test and take your midstream piss for the UA. Good Luck.

cool...i plan on doing the treadmill 2-3 times a day for around 1-3 hours each time...and then play basketball mid month and bicycle on the manual bike in the gym at nights from the mid of the month on .... other then that and the diet you think that should be a go right...appreciate the help

Buy a bottle of metamucil or learn about the fiber content of fruits, vegetables, and whole wheats. Search enignes can help you find the fiber content of an apple, banana, spinach, etc. and just about everything else comes with nutritional guides on the label. You want soluble fiber.

What's your height? Weight does no good without height. Are you sure the test isn't using 50 ng/ml on immunoassay cutoff and 15 ng/ml on GC/MS confirmation?

im like 5'2-5'4 in height....and the test results always have 15ng as the range it tests for, like the printout you receive naming all the drugs and ranges and levels they test for, that portion says 15ng so that is what I assume....

????

Odd that it has a 15ng cutoff for thc. I've never run across one. The federal guidelines are 50ng and if it shows positive there then they do the GC/MS with a 15ng cutoff

it is odd but its definately what was on the paper...I mean this isnt one of those instant probation tests though, its taken in a tempterature checked urine cup, sealed then bagged, and sent off to a lab, and the lab is in like rhode island, and im in NC, and then the results come back about 3 days later....im beginning the treadmill workout and just curious when should i stop all exercise, around 3-4 days before the tests, or 2-3?

did you mean insoluble fiber...b/c i thought the insoluble helps remove toxic waste faster...

Hey Yungjay - you've probly already had your test by now but in case you didn't.. I passed this way - go to your local healthfood store and pick up "Quick Tabs Emergency Detox". It costs $20 - $25.00. They have a website so please check them out. There
are about 8 tablets (all natural) that you take following the diections carefully. You take them with water. They work immediately - for 1 to 5 hours. Just take them that morning and your covered. thanks for the help, ill take that into mind if I have any more come up but for now im done, I passed my test, I stopped burning the 5th of Jan, and took, the test Jan 24th....I was nervous cause I used my own and I know I was dirty just a couple of weeks ago, but I made it out all clear and fine...and the cutoff was 25, I thought it was 15 but either way nothing was detected :smokin:

You need the soluble fiber more because in addition to moving waste through your intestine faster, it absorbs bile acids which causes your body to have to make more. To make more bile your body pulls cholesterol from the bloodstream which can help pull THC metabolites too.
