What is wrong with this cloan?
Here are some pics of a cloan I have.
I have never seen something like this before the leaves look really weird rounded and now producing single finger leaves.
plant looks healthy just not like a normal plant. Should I keep her or toss her out? What causes this?
What is wrong with this cloan?
Nothing. It is very very healthy. It was just stressed, and cannabis produces single-bladed, non-serrated leaves quite frequently when it is recovering from a stressful situation.

Thanks Stinky,
Yes the cloan had a very hard beginning, in fact I am surprized they even made it, but this is good news I was worried because it is from one of my top producers and I don't want to loose it.
Thanks again Stinky and Happy Holidays!!!!

sounds exactly like some light-stress that screwed up one of mine, awhile back ... mine never recovered, continued to produce only single-bladed leaves, and was eventually trashed ... hope your luck is better

Thanks Image Reaper,
It is weird, some leaves look somewhat normal most don't, well I will keep nursing her along and see what happens. If it gets down too it and she remains the same and I end up needing the space for another plant, in the trash she goes.
Maybe a dumb question but I was just wondering. Is it possible for a cloan to hermi?

I had a few clones that i took while the mother was in flower and most of them looked liked that and others were normal. Anyway the ones that kept growing like that were just put in the flowering room and i didnt waste any of my veg area with them. I think there's always something better you could do with them besides throw them away unless your flower area doesnt have any room available!

What happened when you flowered them?
Did everthing go as usual in flower?

yeah they'll bud just like every other plant and in a week or two they should begin normal growth. I'll takes some pics of 2 deformed plants i just put into flower in 3 gallon buckets. They have only been in flower for only 3 days, you'll see how deformed they are and in 2 weeks i'll take another pic so that you can see what happens. They may not yield the best but bud is bud and i'll take whatever i can get especially if its C99!

Ok the first pic is of one of the lower fan leaves from the older growth, notice how it produced 1 and 2 bladed fan leaves. The second pic is of the new growth and it has started growing normally already and its only been in flowering a few days. Yeah the yeild might suffer but something is better than nothing, right?! In two weeks i'll post a pic of this same plant way bigger and way better and full of pistils.

I decided to leave it in the veg box for now, I do not have any room in the flower box as of yet. I am finally seeing new growth, not much but something. Where as my other cloans have gone into high gear growth wise. I am going to use this one as kind of an experiment to see what happens because I have a much larger set of cloans right behind this one and I want to see if it is worth nursing them back or just put them in the flower box. Also I am taking much better care of the big crop this time around.
I do look forward to see what your pics look like and thank you very much for all your help GDS Stonerboy.

I think I am having the same problems. I just made a post and wished I didn't after reading this one, I'll just pop my pics up in here and keep updating to see if we are having the same problems....
These two clones were rooted with an aero cloner and then placed in dirt. The roots were a bit long to be transferred to dirt, and that may be causing the single fan blades indicated by stress. I received the clones a week after they had been in dirt, and they had quite a bit of yellow on the leaves and some were even wilted. I have trimmed them up and placed them in larger containers. I am on my first grow so I can't wait to find out if I can flower these successfully in my scrog setup...

Jerry - was the clone taken from a flowering plant? It almost looks like it is re-vegging.
PC :smokin:

Ok Jerry here's the pics as promised.
The first pic is of the bottom old growth that produced single and double bladed fan leaves and the 2nd and 3rd pic is of the new growth. She's looking 10 times better.
