It seems every city I move to where theres a college theres lots of mids and schwag but no chronic. For example, first city had a big community college and its all middies. 2nd city I move too, it was all mids and schwag. Now in houston all I find is low grade. Where I was from though, it was a smaller city with a 50,000 population and we seen the "named strains" and high grade weed. Is it because college kids can't afford the higher grade and they go for quanity or what?

My hometown is a medium-sized town of 30,000 permanent residents and about 50,000 college students. The weed here is as good as or better than any I've seen anywhere else. The locals know the demand, and some stellar homegrown comes up for sale on the regular. Many of the college kids come from pretty privileged backgrounds as evidenced by the number of BMWs being driven by 18 year olds... and they buy the SHIT outta some headies.

Nah I wasnt reffering to Texas. I was just talking about the citys I've been to. I guess it has been good luck. I can get all the dank I want though if I drive to Austin. It comes through houston every now and then.
i have to say when i went to school at isu i saw some of the best weed ive ever seen, took me too long to find it, but when i did it was easy, expensive, but really some of the best weed i have smoke to this day, possibly the best.
are you referring to the college in said cities or just the cities themselves? the thing is at school you had people who would go home on weekends and bring weight back to the school to sell. man i actually really miss my second semester of college some really really really good times...
I live in a college town and I've been puffin' headies since I started smoking. Doesn't have anything to do with the college though, I've never bought from anyone at the local University. Unless they're bringing it in from their hometown or something, I just don't see how a student would know better than me where all the headies are.
Sadly, its really all about who you know..
I came from Houston and i was getting shit drivin in from cali for more expensive or the average priced home grown chronic.
Now i moved out by A&M and i found a hook up just as good as back in Houston.

ReUp, I'm not saying houston doesnt have crazy dank at all. I can find it all over austin. Just most of the stuff is schwag or brick weed around here. Dont forget I'm from up north. I'm not going to lie I've seen some white widdow an some named strains around houston but the majority of what you see in houston is schwag. If you walk to every corner dealer or call someone up to get something its schwag unless the dank came around.
It's all about finding the right people. Houston, for instance, should supply you with lots of White Widow and Blueberry. Corner dealers not having good stuff doesn't sound too unreasonable to me. :p Even in college towns I'd say it depends on knowing the right people. There's always someone with mind blowing herb...
I live in a college town, got tons of headies here. However, theres a lot of shwag, mids and beasts as well. Just gotta know the right dudes.
