Friends with Benefits-Over

Well me and my female friend about 3 weeks ago decide to have a "Friends with Benefits" type friendship and a good 3 weeks it was!

Jesus so fun...

Well anyways its over as of tonight I am sorry to say =(

we had a good ole' talk about it and she wants a serious relationship with this guy that shes good friends with and I hang out with him every now and again...

Well anyways good 3 weeks it was.

Just goes to say that I wont be getting any within the next 6 months I must admit...

Mostly because of school and work and the small town I live in not many new people to meet...

Oh well...

Oh and we probably wont even hang out any more except if we run into each other at mutual friends house mostly because in HighSchool the guy shes gettin with sold me some fake weed...So I decided I wanted my money back and he wouldnt refund it so I just "took" it back.

Well yea I fell for her I made a move we had loads of sex.

She doesn't want a relationship(With me) we have more sex.

She wants a relationship(Not with me) sex slows down.

We had one last parting fuck and it was byfar the best we had.

She came 5 or 6 times I shot off.

IT seems the friends with benifits is a sticky situation and still ends up with hurt parties...someone is still looking for the greener grass..

I'm gonna have to disagree with ya for the first time Geo. At least for me, its not about looking for someone possibly marry or better than the last guy, but again, for me, is to just have my needs met, with some one I know, Trust, and am comfortable with, and ideally have a friendship with before it moves to become anything else. This last Mr. Johnson, was an exception to the rule of no ex- boyfriends- as- friends- with- benefits rule, and thats just cause he was one sexy son of a bitch that could make me sing like a fuckin.. yeah.. anyway, the two other "friends with benefits" worked out superbly. no strings, no drama, no problems. of course there are rules, and a zero tolerance policy. I kept my end of the bargain, he didnt, or couldnt, and so it was time to fly..

Wow. To me friends with benefits sounds really unpleasant. Am I the only man who feels this way? I think if I was in that type of relationship I would feel like Prometheus, but with my heart getting torn out instead of my liver.

I found out that the girl I was dating for a while, was fuck buddies with a douch bag. ohh man i can't even describe how I felt at that moment, I was so pissed inside. It was bad... I mean ppl say they need to have their needs met but the past determines the future..i would NEVER trust a girl who did shit like that, period.

friends with benefits never works out. it might for awhile but i find that sex is such a personal and emotional thing. friends with benefits tries to seperate the emotional part of it, but you cant.

I don't really know if I could do the FWB thing..I know now that I dont want a relationship though..so, I am thinking that this may be possible..cant really knock it, till I try it..

I just dont understand why it has to be so cut and dry when it comes to a woman being in charge and acknowledging her sexuality. That does not make me a slut. A man does it and hes a player or just doing what a man does, and its okay, no one gets called a slut. yes, Ive had a couple of FWB, and still count the men I've slept with (willingly) on one hand. I know for a fact Im not a slut, but i took offense because it was such a close-minded, chauvinistic, bass- ackwards, unthoughtful comment. Well, I wouldn't ever put myself in that position to begin with to violate my standards. I'm a guy but I wait a while to get to know a girl I am DATING before doing anything. And that's for a lot of reasons, so I get to know how she is with that stuff, and to know what she has been up to etc.. I have no problem if a girl was dating the guy for a while and did, no prob that's normal. But I wouldn't touch a girl that just does guys for "personal needs"... no thanks.

As us guys know we can take care of needs on our own if we have to, so can girls. I mean I don't trust guys, and most of my friends would fuck anything that walked so I know how a lot of guys use girls, and girls do it to. I don't want to be left with what a bunch of guys left over... as cold as that sounds.

You are certainly free to create your own standards for who you will or won't have a relationship with, but that does sound a little judgemental.

and about the topic...I have friends with benefits...then sometimes I have a g/f...depends on the barometric pressure...either way...I don't think it matters...from the very beginning of mammalian life we've been wired to put sex above all other natural urges. Our bodies are hellbent to breed. Dolphins and primates have the special ability to feel good when doing so. any other attachment to sex is purely societal. How many people, what kind of sex, which hole, what gender, how long it lasts is all societal and simply how you view sex and nothing more. Everyone will view it differently depednign on too many variables to cover. I like the instict version. The version without societal binds. The one where I sleep with any consenting adult without qualm. I can be in a relationship. I've been in a few. But that's not all I can do ;)
