unfortunantly my peice is now in peices so im in the market for a new bong. and i was wondering if there was anything wrong with a plastic one. i know glass is generally the best way to go, but if money is an issue is that still the case? ive never really smoked out of a plastic bong before, so thats why im asking if i should save a bunch of money and go with a plastic bong, or go with the glass. im open to any suggestions, and all input will be apreciated.
If you get acrylic try to get a slider, they arent that bad but they usually have a metal bowl, and theyre harder to clean, but with all he money you save you can go buy a bunch of weed to put in it
you should shell out the extra dough for a glass one, youll be alot happier in the long run. trust me; an owner of several glass and acrylic bongs.
if you end up going acrylic make sure its a slider and buy a new glass bowl to outfit this new plastic bong with
glass > plastic
glass. you can probably find a decent glass bong with a slide for less than 80 bucks at a head shop

glass bongs make the bud taste better and glass bongs are way cooler
Well, just like anybody else, I'd vote glass. If however the tempting cheapness of an acrylic lures you, remember this: the more complicated and fancy it is, the harder it is to clean. If you go with acrylic, you gotta keep it really clean. If you let it get really dirty, it'll always be really gross.
nothin wrong with plastic but i preferr the glass but plastic is cheaper

When I had a plastic bong the weed tasted kinda funny from the plastic, but I guess funny tasting smoke is better than no smoke. Also clean it a lot because my plastic bong got too dirty and was pretty much ruined because it tasted liked smoking from an ass.
