Ok i need your guy's help (opinion)

as fucked up as US schools are, i need your help. Ok... basically, on thursday i got suspended ( almost expelled I'm lucky ) for "marijuana possession and trafficking". Well basically, i gave my friend mike weed in the bathroom for free because i'm being drug tested and i'm trying to quit... and someone in the bathroom ratted on us. But before the school knew, that kid who ratted on us called my friends mikes dad and said he had my weed etc. and his dad called my dad and i got in lots of trouble. So basically, 2 weeks later i'm walking down the hallway when a office assistant asks me to go to the couseling room... she says that i was "drug trafficking and posession of weed" and they search me and i have no drugs at all. They have no evidence in the bathroom besides someones word out mouth. My friend also got in trouble, so i don't think his parents would dilliberatly tell on me ... I mean i learned my lesson, but i guess the school wasn't satasfied. But as far as the weed goes, it wasn't actual Marijuana... It was "legal bud". It wasn't real marijuana, that's one of the reasons i gave it away... i got jipped. So i have "marijuana possesion and charges" when it wasn't marijuana. I never really knew this untill i had people look at the remaining "weed". Basically, the school suspended me for "word of mouth" i gave my friend weed even though they have no evidence i did in marijuana, and that it wasn't actually "marijuana". I gave my friend a pipe, it wasn't mine... but i didn't want it. They make it sound like i targeted my friend mike to take the weeed, even though he wanted it.

My friend says i'm able to take legal actions... seriously, i was trying to get into a really good boarding school... but this ruined it. Because i got in trouble...

I'm really angry at this whole situation

my friend admitted it was me. but i had no evidence saying i did bring it etc.

ok first off were do you live?(state) and second dont make a fuss about it just take it and roll,and as far as them chargeing you if you dont say anything they dont have any evidence they're just trying to give you a hard time and dont tell them it was just leagal high bud because that wont make it any better,they'll probly just give you 15 hours comunity service or something like that unless you live in texas,michigan(spelling?),or a few other states i cant remeber(hey its 2:00 am)

You're screwed. Sadly witnesses are enough to make a charge on. Your only hope is by proving it's not marijuana. If you can't do that ((as in, it's been disposed of, whatever)) then just take the suspension and ignore that shit. Might consider fucking the kids vehicle up something fierce though. That they can't prove shit about. Fucking up vehicles has almost become a past time for me. Rat on me? There goes your windshield, you've got instant-hardening-foam in your exhaust pipe, and 5 pounds of sugar in your gas tank. Leave no evidence, be sober. Lie your ass off.

Because I guarantee if he touches the kid who narced on him, the kid'll have no problem narcing again. This kid severely dampered oz's future for ZERO personal gain. That's the true lowest and cowardliest. I think if oz fucked up his car, it wouldn't even compare.

Anyway, goto the police station and show it was legal bud. They'll want the money to lab test it etc. But, it's worth it.

Keep an eye on this narc and as soon as he steps a foot wrong nail him for it! He'll most likely be fearful because you didnt get expelled so intimidate him a little, nothing to serious so he can't "dob" just enough to get him scared.

You can always appeal your suspension to the board. Ask to have a hearing. It may be more trouble than it's worth tho.

Wow thats pretty fucked up man, if someone ever did that to me, they woudn't have a face to talk about it. Seriously, who the fuck ratts you out besides a geek and someone that doesn't have a life? christ i go to my high school, first thing i see is my best buddies talking about stuff, then in the afternoon, right in the hallway, they jus exchange their stuff ( in the lockers though, so the fucking principal wont see) and they just do what they do.

Beating people up has many purposes too, teaching them to shut their mouths, and to realive some pressure. of course u can steal their money too :D, that works as a third point if your short on cash. But especially dont consider giving weed to someone in the bathroom! just go out on the school yard after school, it isnt hard to wait a few mins and have a lot of less risk ehh? well sucks man, but try to turn things around ehh? gl

they have to have more than one eyewitness to convict for petty posession/trafficking (small amounts) and they have to be able to prove it was marijuana. A police officer cannot get a conviction if the "offender" was "pushing" a bag of fucking oregano.

And as for admitting what you did? Screw that. Only say "I want to speak with my lawyer." and listen to him/her. Most convictions for drug trafficking come from admissions/deals... Just don't say a word except to your attorney.

No, they don't have to have more then 1 witness and a victim to convict. I can vouch for this ((as of last weekend)). I understand it's not how the legal system was intended to work, but unless your willing to spend alotta money and waste alotta time, then the side with the witnesses is going to win. Anyway, seriously try to prove it's legal bud, cabbage basically. If you can do that you might have a better chance. Also, i'm going to bring up that we already got in trouble for this... and that i didn't think it was necessary.

THe problem is they made me write a statement, and basically they put on my suspension that it was marijuana. I tried to tell them that it was "legal marijuana"... basically THC free marijuana but they didn't belive me. I'm going to tell them at the meeting that they had no evidence that it was marijuana.

FUCK THAT dude. I would never beat the shit out of someone myself... gets too dirty. I'd get a bunch of my friends/their friends (as long as the suspect won't know who they are) to beat the fucking shit out of the guy. just keep sayin innocent. it aint a big case and most of the time they get tired of you comin back to court and they say fuck it, umm you are in trouble with the law right? i read up there but im stoned and forgot=/

i can't really learn in public schools, i have kind of a learning problem i don't really discuss but it's hard for me to really take the info i read in and understand. I mean, i have a 3.0 so i'm not doing that bad... but i could do better.

I really wanted the boarding school because of getting extra help, and the god learning you get...

It doesn't have anything to do with the law, it's just i feel that this 5 day suspension and "expollsion" was uneccesary. First of all, they never even listened to me. They called my parents and asked them if they were aware of the cituation ... my parents already knew what happaned, and wern't happy. now they absolutely can't trust me... because some asshole brings up something 2 weeks old that i tried to get behind me.

I like weed, but i have to quit... adn that's why i havn't toked in a month.

my parents are dissapointed that i "do drugs"... they are not all that mad at the whole being caught, but are mad because like the school said there seceretive about the supensions... they arn't! All my teachers will know :( that may impact my grades... i have some pretty drug free teachers.

It really doesn't matter what's on your "school record". I doubt any judge will give a young kid with decent grades a felony charge or consider it trafficking. I think people are just "scaring you straight" so to speak.

If it's legal bud but you try to "sell" it as real mj, it's still illegal. Like you can't go out on the street and sell sugar cubes as crack and then tell the cop it's just sugar cubes. Not sure what that charge would be. At this point in you life, you gotta face the fact that many adults have forgotten what it's like to be your age (at 26 I'm already gettin blurry on it). Being contrite and telling them what they want to hear will get you further and get them off your ass faster.

I have college friends who got in a lot of trouble in highschool (I was too scared of my folks lol) and they ended up in the same school as me and are going to good law schools now. These knuckleheads got in quite a few fights. It might hurt getting letters of reccomendation (but if you're nice to teachers, some will probably understand) and you can always go to a college, work hard and transer to the school you want to go to.

Don't worry too much. Try to explain it, apologize, tell em it'll never happen again (and don't let them catch you doing it again). Tell them your worried that you won't be able to go to boarding school and your worried about college (them folks will eat it up). Then do what you want. If you wanna stop smoking cause you'll do better in school than do that, if not and your school work's fine just be more discrete. And don't carry stuff at school.

Let the air outta the guys tires, it's not as malicious but it'll really irritate the guy. No permanent damage, just a bit of aggravation. Do it like once a month just for laughs. Don't get caught.

Ok... I hate to be a bitch, but this has to get straight. here's all i have to say about the subject:

A. You shouldn't have been dumb enough to bring the substance into the school.

B. You are a dumbass if you can't tell the difference between legal bud and illegal bud (Seriously dude, and you smoke pot).. so you should have known it was legal bud at the time you gave it to your friend... Why not explain what it was right when it happened?

C. Legal Bud is not weed... period. For the most part it is lettuce opium and nothing more... complete bullshit that you shouldn't waste your time on.

Next time use your head before you bring drug paraphanalia and a substance that can be called weed to school. Seems like you started smoking a bit to early because you're not thinking with your head. There's also the possibility for the school to have camara's that caught it on tape... tons of schools have started with survalliance camara's planted all around the school. As much as it sucks, it was your fault that it happened, because you weren't careful enough about what happened..... Take your punishment and just get on with your life.
