any one here see or watch the bad ass show called "" C A R N I V ' A L E " on HBO sunday nites ?

this is season 2 and its like leading up to a war between good and evil , one man to be the usher of distruction and the other to end it all from happening , its deffintly worth a look if u get around to it :eek:

the main charcter good guy is Nick Stah , the kid from man without a face , and terminator 3 he plays john connor

and the villian is played by clancy brown , the sheriff who dies and comes back to life as the evil sheriff in Pet Semetart 2

i watched some of the first season and i really didnt like it that much

is it the one with nick stahl in it???? i think i watched something called carnivale like....thursdayish....and that crazy ass old bitch w/ no eyes....2 sluts.....some fat drunnkards....i dunno man

ok well i just finished reading the orig post...i guess it is the same nick stahl. hes a better addict.

i watched some of the firts season, couldn't really get into it. But the Sopranos are the fucking shit!

Also Discovery's "It Take a Thief" is awesome. They have some rich yuppy thinking he cant get bulgarized. Producers say a theif will attempt to break in the house but does not give time/date. Theif comes in (who BTW have done time and are considered "Professional Thiefs") completely unware to the homeowner and robs a bunch of stuff. Thief/Host comes back tells the guy what to do and gives him a bunch of anti-theif stuff for free for their home

I never watched DEADWOOD....... wahts it about...????? is it jsut a westeren ? or is there somthing else supernaural or exciting beyond that ???

cause to most ppl carnivale from the outside would look like jsut some boy workin at the carnivale in the 30's in the south


I agree season 1 of C A R N I ' V A L E was slow.......

but it was all so season 2 everything could be explained ... its like a mini series...

theres already been like 5 episodes of season 2 so far and every one of them is exciting cause you know what it all means now !!! not boring or slow at all now ..... such good shit

deadwood is another hbo show. it takes place in a camp out west back in the early 1800's and is about how the camp develops into a town. the main characters are the sheriff and the guy who runs the whore house. its a western, but its not "howdy partner" or corny like that. its not a comedy but its funny as shit. no supernatural shit though. check it out- its probably on On Demand right now if you have that. I like it a little better than carnivale. its definitely not as trippy and confusing as that show.

crystal clear....I lovesit...(Carnavale)...shades of Twin Peaks Not as good as Dead Like Me though.
Best thing on TV.....The Simple Life with Nicole and Paris. Tell me you don't luvit!

Carnivale is great. Lives of carnis in the depression. Battle of good and evil in the background. No holding back, some of it is sick and some is beautiful. You'll never see nothing like it. If you did'nt see the first season from the beginning dont start watching it now, It will make no sense.

lol me and my friend watch that nicole and paris show. He is in love with it i just watch it with him =/. It's kinda funny though how stupid those chicks really are
