I want to apologize to everyone in advance...

I want to apologize in advance to everyone, if I dont seem the most friendly in my posting, or say something kinda harsh, in the next week or so... I'm taking an extended break from the greenery (Which is hard cause I've been smoking almost daily for years), and trying to quit ciggarettes cold turkey at the same time... It's making me a little irritable and impatient and my tolerance for dumbfuckery is at an all time low.

So once again, if I come across like kind of an asshole, please forgive me.:D

If i may ask, why take a break from the green and quit cigs cold turkey at the same time?

I respect you for your efforts but im curious as to why put more weight on your shoulders then nessecery?

I kinda have to... I've been meaning to quit smoking ciggs for a while, and this weekend I got a ticket for paraphenelia thats gonna cost me $150, with my tight budget these days which means I wont really have the money to spend on weed for a couple weeks. But my parents whom I still live with while attending college, are starting to get suspicious of my habits too. I also need to start saving up some money for when I move out this summer, and I think it just might be time to take a break and clear up my head for a while. Im gonna start meditating regularly again, and I think this is going to be the beginning of a large effort to get some things organized with my life, and making an effort to beter myself.

ah well then more power to you my friend!

I was the same when i quit ciggies. I did the same as you and make a thread to tell everyone what i was doing so that they wernt too offended by my miserable posting lol!

Then again, im miserable almost all the time.

Good 4 U! (on the cig thing) I am also at a point in my life where I want to quit smoking. Started when I was 14, so 10+ yrs now, and I figure if I am going to give my body a chance to bounce back from it, now is the time--before I am 30. Much luck to you.

I'm quitting until Monday because of no money. I'll be an asshole, up close, but, I can probably hide it from the online community. I can't hide hating the rest of my life from anyone who knows me.

Ghosty, best thing I ever did was quit cigs, well second best. First was marrying my new bride of 11 years, LOL.

Good luck, and YOU CAN DO IT. I smoked for 25 years, and quit cold turkey. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel, and how much better you breath.
