quick question ..

i know alot of people post alot of these but i wanna know if anyone out there works out alottt.

im about 5`9, 145pounds..i have about at the most 5 percert body fat. i am a very active person who works out about 14 times a week.. i am at a olympic level in my sport and yes i still smoke weed . but the question is i have a big meet in about 20 days and im sure to get drug tested there.
i smoked a good 8th about 2 weeks ago and and a quick hit about a week ago. what are my chances of getting caught with the THC in my system. the people who are drug testing is USADA(if that helps any). and if i was to smoke again here within the next few days would it really matter?

again.. im 5`9, 145 about 4-5 percent body fat(if that) what are the chances of getting caught with THC in 3 weeks ?

If you smoke no more between now and then you will definitely be ok...now if you smoke now it may or may not be in there..its a risk...Ive had friends smoke and pass a drug test 3 days later, and a few that barely smoked and failed 3 weeks later. But with your body-type I'd say no worries

There is no way you can say they will definitely pass. If you use drugs then there is a chance you will fail a drug test unless it has been a long long time ago. I would say don'teventrip has an excellent chance of passing right now but you shouldn't give absolutes like that. Body fat percentage, genetics, smoking history, diet, and physical activity are all important when it comes to THC metabolite elimination and having a 4-5% body fat and working out twice a day probably is helping donteventrip get clean more quickly. However, the only way to be sure is with a home test. Since he has plenty of time, he can order some for cheap online. I am also curious as to which cutoff is used in Olympic sports 50ng/ml or 20ng/ml. If it is 20 ng/ml, then it would take longer than expected to pass the test, maybe as much as an extra week to 10 days as opposed to the 50 ng/ml cutoff. Since all the home tests I have seen are at 50 ng/ml you would want to pass that about 2 weeks before the real test because of the way half-life works. my fault...I guess I was considering that the THC stores in body fat...to the OP...You should be safe..but like fakeboobsrule said u have an excellent chance of passing...just not 100 percent...sorry for the wording

And if you are worried go get some quickfix...but I also don't know how supervised the test will be...Ive used quickfix more than I can count and it has always worked...('cept when I spilled it once :(

alright . i have a few more questions from what fakeboobsrule says.

1. what are some good at home test that i can buy ?

2. i smoked alot last night so im pretty sure im just gonna detox. im not familar with detox so what are some good ones and if i was to detox would there be any traces of me doing it ?

and when i do a drug test they watch =O so i cant do quickfix

1) They are almost all created the same. Use an internet search engine for instant drug tests or even your favorite internet auction site. This will get you tests from $1-$2 a piece depending on how many you buy. You can also find them in drug stores or mega mart stores but they are $15-$20 this way. Don't use Walgreens.

2) Only time, aerobic exercise, good diet, and soluble fiber can help you detox. Detox drinks, pills, programs are a hit or miss that just suck your money away. Some people pass, others fail. Most contain a bunch of crap for $30-$50. Some have soluble fiber but you can buy a bottle of Metamucil instead for cheap and get more.

FBR, why do you say not to use Walgreens home tests? I use them all the time so you are freaking me out a little. Is it cause they are not reliable? I have passed every one I have taken, Ive also passed the one I bought from CVS which was the 3 drops of urine into a test screen test. My gf took the Walgreens tests because I wanted to tell if it was accurate and she failed like we thought she would. Please let me know.

Because Walgreens has some of the worst pharmacists and store managers working for them. Many of their pharmacists don't give a damn if they get your prescription right or not which is sad because they have the best pharmacy set up around but some idiots working for them. Also, at least in Florida, tend to have the worst prices around. So it isn't reliablity, I'm just trying to save my fellow smokers some money and take it away from Walgreen's. I know in my area their THC tests are about $5 more expensive than CVS which is about $1 more expensive than Walmart.

anything i should be eating that is ment to clean out the body ? im guessing time will do the thing...

Id say your looking pretty good. Pickup some test strips to be sure.High fiber diet can help get rid of some thc.Be sure and read the dillution sticky so you don't end up with a negetive dillute.

is the piss still tested if it is dilluted ?

Well food high in soluble fiber and some kind of low fat and low to normal calorie diet. A few days before the test get lazy and eat a fattier diet so you aren't burning body fat stores.

I'm pretty sure a positive while dilute is a positive.

yo i just wanted to about my little experiment..

so like the post says the last time i smoked was wednesday (nov 14th)
from that time till now i loaded up on water and cranberry juice..i pissed about 20 times a day and of course worked out 2-3 times a day. and last night(nov 17th) i took a at-home-drug test and i passed. so that shows that if u workout alot and drink alot THC WILL be get out of your system ALOT faster.

A couple of little points about the possible flaws in your experiment. You should test with the first void of the day as it is the most concentrated and thus the dirtiest and the wors case scenario. Next, if you were drinking fluids all day long so that you were pissing 20 times, you might have been diluting so your test results don't accurately represent your urine THC metabolite concentration without adulteration. So this means you might not be able to pass the test naturally. There is a difference between being dilute, being clean, and cleaning out your body. You might also be one of the lucky ones who has a short THC elimination half life to begin with.

but the thing about being dilute is for me when i get drug tested its ok to have a dilute because im a athlete and they know that athletes drink ALOT . so when i test and it is dilute i have to piss again but its gonna be dilute again.
i have a few at-home-drug testing strips coming next week and i will try my first piss of the day and not overload on water and ill let you know how it goes

but lets just hope i do have a short THC elimination halflife =]

it all depends on body weight, body fat and how much u drink..

Plus other factors like metabolism and liver function. Thats why everyone is different. What works for one person might not work for another. Thats why its good to experiment with yourself a little with test strips to see how well your body gets rid of thc metabolites. Be smarter than the piss police.
