I find it really odd, but I get it 1-2 times every week. I possitive comment with bad rep. I don't understand this, the default is actually on the possitive. It used to annoy me somewhat, but now I don't really care because there's enough possitive to balance it out. I'm just curious really, does this happen to you guys a lot too?:wtf:
Someone just gets bored and randomly feels the need to leave bad rep. The same goes for anyone who has a Xbox 360.. there's rep on there and I'll leave and come back a month later not playing online and I'll have some people leave me bad rep.
Usually the positive rep outweighs the bad rep though :)
Never happened to me, I get bad rep when I deserve it :p
Wonder if it's someone really wanting to bad rep you..but not admitting to it so they wouldn't get bad rep back, hahaha

never.... any bad rep has been accompanied by some immature twit making a lame attempt at insulting me.... or assuming far too much about me.... like "you're pathetic, i bet you don't even have a life, i bet you sit on that computer of yours 24/7.... loser"
All the negative reps that I ever got were for a reason haha. I earned em. Well, 99 percent of them.
Oh, I just now understood the question so everything I wrote about was off topic.. lol.
I don't leave rep so on that case.. I'd say never :P
Funny you should mention this Gandalf, I got negative rep with a positive comment twice last week.

If I get a bad rep, it is because I deserve it.
I do not like kids and I do not like stupid kids even less and my bad rep points have come from threads made by stupid kids where I let my feelings be known.

I hardly get any rep, good or bad. So, i never had the opportunity of getting a bad rep when they meant a good rep.

Alright for the ones who don't know how to give rep...
If you look at the green bar where the date is on top of somebody's post
at the right side there are 2 little icons: a balance and a caution sign.
Click on the grey balance, make sure "I approve" is checked, then go ahead
and leave a nice little message to the recipient

I get a bad rep once every few weeks - month. But they dont get mixed up for me.
I got one negative rep once, that was supose to be a potive rep I'm sure, cause tenjatimmad was sayin how he liked my drawing of my pot leaf on my board, but the next day i check my rep, and he gave me negaitive rep :(

I think the only times I got negative rep were:
1)a misunderstanding that was later cleared
2)an accident as Gandalf has described hereign
3)an ignorant fool in an obscure debate using baiting tactics to... get back at me?? fuckifikno
and I think Birdgirl may have neg repped me once for something I said... That could be a false memory though!!!
If you look at any one of your posts, in the upper right hand corner there are a couple of icons. One is a warning triangle, that is how you tattle on somebody. Directly to the left of the tattle button is a small set of grey scales. Click on those scales. If it is your post, it will tell that you have not gotten any rep for that post yet, then will tell you what your rep is. If you have been repped, it will tell you by who, and what they said. If it is somebody elses post, it will give you the choice to rep somebody.Quote:
