KK so lately, I have done nothing but smoke blunts and joints. Maybe three joints a day. As we speak, I cant speak. I have the worst cough. I have that fucking little tickle in my throat, and its pissing me off. SO this is my last week with my room mate who i blaze with everyday. My body is screaming at me to take a break. So today I swore of joints and blunts till the last night in my apartment, and told my homie to pick up a bag of ICE for our bong. I am going to tough it out and hope the ice does its job and saves my throat and lungs.

So are there any other tips, so my lungs dont quit on me, and the smoke doesnt dominate my throat. NEVER BEEN THIS BAD.

by the way, if i quit it wont be forever......i'll just become a social smoker.

I'd say ditch the blunts and stick to the joints. Vaporize if you can, cool your smoke with ice and the such as you're doing. Any which way, smoking's just no good for your lungs; though thankfully lung-cancer is a pretty small risk if any at all when it comes to weed.

i used to smoke blunt after blunt every day
but lately i've been using my vaporizer almost exclusively
saves you money on buying dutches all the time and it's a much smoother smoke (it's just vapor)

My throat doesnt hurt when i smoke, unless i take 2 narly of a hit. but I bong it sun-up to sun-down, so im not breathing in the papers or the joint wrap(which cant be good, that thick dense smoke.)

ya same here... i bong it up all day.. try not to cough WHILE your blowing out the smoke..

smoke better shit? i get really blazed off of a bowl, no need to roll joints or blunts ever unless it's a party...i used to buy lower quality shit and noticed that i would cough all the time because i had to smoke so much more, now all is good!

KK, i guess i shoudl have mentioned... I do smoke A LOT. bong, pipe, joint blunts i got them all. Had a vape, not anymore. I take MONSTEROUS hits, sometimes cough not too often. This shit ISNT schwagg, its good. I think the iced bong will do its job nicely.

use ice.. and if you are working with a bubbler or anything that uses water then use very, very cold water. best of luck and hopefully it'll feel better

I usually take a cup of water and leave it in the freezer until the top of it just starts to freeze over. Then I take it out and break the ice on top and pour the ice-cold, but not frozen, water into my RooR. Since I have ice notches I'll also throw some ice cubes in if it seems necessary at the time. Then it's smooth smoking from there!:thumbsup:

I can roll the best joints I have ever seen in my 34 years of smoking weed and do not smoke joints anymore.
They rip my lungs apart and make me choke along with all the weed that gets wasted.
When I smoke out of a bong the same amount of weed last ten times longer and I do not get a sore throat unless I smoke too many bong hits of "not the high quality that was advertized" weed from the store.
Bong hits are the best way to smoke that I have found but if smoke is a bad thing for you then vaporizing may be your salvation.

Yeah I would just start buying better shit dude.
Get high off of one bowl and just enjoy it for the time being.. saves you from smoking all day and burning your lungs from all the big hits.

This is where the saying "Use the "weed" dont let the "weed" use you" comes in..

I think the best way is if you smoke it occasionally even once a week if you can smoke it everyday and still function perfectly then thats ok, imo anyway.
