I know most people will look down on me for this, (snobby stoners) but I drink bong water. I've been told by some people that it does get you high and by others that it does'nt. What I need to know is if it does or does'nt? (facts). Am I wasting my time or what?

THC is not water-soluble thus you're drinking ashed water with the remains of smoke etc, but no THC.
the only thing bong water will get you is a stomach ache and a bad taste in your mouth.
yeah my friend is a dumb ass, he drinks it everytime saying that it tastes great, and the ice makes it taste even better.
no....water does not catch thc.....only the nasty shit you don't want in the first place....

Water is not THC soluble so when you smoke out of a bong all the THC stays in the smoke. It does not get you high and if you have to bother asking you should know that. On the couple of occasions where I have accidentally swallowed some I've nearly vomited, so I wouldn't do it even if it could get you a little high.
if u want it to work as water u need vodka and it will fuck u up thc is only stayes in achlol
I for one feel much better about myself. I've smoked leaves, scraped pipes for hours collecting resin and would be lying if i said I've never had a bowl of stems and seeds but never once have I drank the water. Well done.

lol out of desperation and expermentation i have smoked a couple of bowls of seeds out of my steam roller (figured if anything will get me stoned with seeds a steam roller will) i smoked them fast and hit it hard....didn't get anything but a headache and a sore throat...
when i was an inexperienced little shit, i used to fill my friends bong with fruit punch and then drink when i was done, it tasted alright but it didnt get me any more fucked up

God, why do people drink nasty ass bong water YUCK! Anyway here is a story for people who do. My friend when he was a noob to weed bought his first bong. So the people he was in a circle with told him since it is his first bong he had to drikn the bong water, so being the dumbass he is He did. Well some resin and whatnot gathered in a cut in back of his throat and it got infected a cist. Really Bad. My guy said he had a real bad throat ache and one day the cist popped and blood was just spewing out for like ten minutes. He had to get surgery and almost died. So drinking bong water is just down right Nasty and horrible and can get you seriously ill. Enjoy!
Gross! But how do you know that it was the resin that got the cut infected? How does somebody end up with a cut in their throat anyway? I would think that if you had a cut in the back of your throat, it would get infected anyway, regardless of whether you drank bong water or not.
But I agree with everybody, the idea of drinking bong water is just so disgusting and stupid, it makes me ill just thinking about the smell.

Instead of water I use a mix of liquid draino, vodka, and windex, after i'm done smoking i just down that mix and shit I'll be fucked up for days (burns a bit on the way down though) ;)
