Help me out here..Mo drama for Yo Mama

Got some internet today...I have a very interesting situation..

I was kinda dating this girl, well will call her liar for about 2 months...I stop seeing her about a week and a half ago...actually in her words, she broke up with me..which she did..I did meet a very cool girl right there after..I posted about that story in another thread in another place on this board..

Ok..last tuesday I am in the Del Taco drive thru..I get my money out of the middle console..pay for my meal and my cell phone rings..it is liar, she says to me that she needs to talk to me in person, she has something to tell me..first things out of my mouth are "are you pregnant"...she says yes...I ask how far along and she say 7 weeks..at this moment I am not doing very well...she told me she has known for a couple of weeks and that she didnt know how to tell me and that is why she broke up with me..
So, I drive home..really kinda losing it...she knew I didnt want anymore kids..she was on the depo shot...she also has 2 kids...one of which has some serious health problems..but anyway, I get home and I feel like I am having a panic attack..I get out of my truck..it is when it was real windy and smokey from the fires...I go inside and just lay on my bed and hyperventilate and think about how much this is going to mess up things for me right now..about 45 minutes go by and I think to myself that I need to check where my money is..so I check my pockets..it is not there..damn, where is it? I go to my truck and look in the middle console, under the seat, under the mat, the visor..nothing...oh shit, did it fall out when I got out? oh know, oh know...I got over to the passenger side and look in the gutter, and what do I see, a 1$ bill...I am like, oh shit...I start looking in the gutters, I see my neighbor and tell him about liar telling me that she was pregnant..he knows her..and then I tell him I think my money fell out of my truck when I got out about 45 minutes ago...he said no shit...and from accross the street he sees a bill in the gutter..we both run over there and it is a $100 bill...I am like, oh fuck, we look everywhere, I had just lost $1400 dollars, all $100 bills...my deposit money for my move...I had a place lined up, everything...
if anyone wants to correlate this story, to the one of me meeting that really cool school teacher..is that this day happened to me on day #2..

things fall apart with me and the school teacher on monday who has almost everything in common with me and I end up leaving her cause of this other shit and dont tell anyone except my friend..till yesterday..
during all this time liar is trying to mess with my head, even called me names like coward, selfish..all kinds of stuff..says she doesnt need me, she can take care of it, she dont need me..I told her I want to go to her first appointment and she tells me she already went to a first appointment and had an ultrasound and that is how she could tell she was 7 weeks pregnant. I then said I want to go to the second appointment and she said it is the end of November. I tell her that if she is pregnant, I would want to be a dad to it and I would never abandon any kid of mine..yesterday I tell her I want her to come to my house and take a pregnancy test...she gets pissed, starts texting all kinds of mean and crazy stuff..I found out from a friend that she has had a partial hysterectomy..I ask her about that and she told me that she has had an ovary removed...ok..and she was also on the depo shot..she is lying, I know it.,
It is time to turn the tides on this girl, I keep telling her that all I want is a pregnancy test and whatever happens, happens..she wont do it she says...
Now, I know she is lying..I tell her that if she dosent commit to coming and taking the test in 10 minutes, that I will turn off my phone and in the morning that I will tell everyone about her pregnancy..there are some people that she has business dealing with that she could potentially lose thousands upon thousands of dollars if I were to do this..I would go into that part but I wont...she starts yelling at me telling me I am mean and cruel and that all I am doing is trying to hurt her kids...I just calmly said that all I want is a pregnancy test...
then at about at the one minute mark my phone rings and she is still saying all kinds of stuff that she is getting an abortion and the appointment is already set..she knows I am against abortion..that is just me..but anyway
she finally tells me that is not pregnant and that she was lying..I told her that I still want a pregnancy test..she said..OMG so you just wanna prove I am a liar? and I said yes cause at this point I cant believe shit she says...mind games?
I have all of this shit saved on text and also on voice recorder..cause I just had a feeling..
I want to file a lawsuit...I dont think what she did was right..and she really messed with my head..I lost $1400 friggin dollars..which is a lot of money to lose..I think I have lost $50 bucks before and still had a cow...so you can imagine how that feels...then also, I meet a girl that I have more in common with, then any girl that I have ever met in my life and end up doing some crazy shit and leaving, cause of one small comment...
I dont know, I think what she did was really shitty.....what do you think? think I can file a small claims suit for the money that I lost? I would of never lost it if it wasnt for her telling me that..I know it may be far fetched..but who knows it could set some kind of precedent..maybe I am just stoned and relieved and a lot pissed..

Edit: I used a condom all but one time with this girl...we had talked about previous sexual encounters and the second time she really talked me into not using a condom and like a dumb ass I did it..that one time, the rest of the time I still used one...

Ok this bitch is fuckin crazy, in my opinion, you should not sue because if yall get lawers, and go to court, she might have you investigated as well, and it could come out that you smoke weed, and its a far fetch, but it could get back to it being about ur character. one question: is ur custody arrangement of your daughters final? make sue first that it wont affect the time you get with them, because above all the bullshit, they need to come first. that bein said, I belive in Karma, and the way things happen, she will get her comeuppance, you need not worry about getting her back. If you feel the need to do something then yeah, sue her. just be careful man.

Ya wanna hear something really crazy? This is the last day that I can stay where I am at...I told them i would be out on the 1st...I have moved everything into storage except my bed and this computer..I will put those in tommorrow...I got a full time job in sales selling cars again for the dealership in san diego...plus my business, but I will be living on the lamb for the next month in san diego, then my friend and I are getting a place...because that $1400 dollars was my part of the $2400 dollar move in we had and I just need to save up some cash now for Dec 1st....I am not trippin'..it is only a month, but it sucks..I just think of it as another adventure of life...there is a good thing...all my bills are paid right now current, including child support..

Yeah, everything is done..I really dont post to much about all that stuff...but everything is way chilled between my ex and me..child support is current..I pretty much do whatever she needs me to do with driving the girls everywhere, they stay over my house a couple nights a week, stuff like that..
and you know what, I dont care if they know I smoke weed...I have never been convicted of a crime, I help old ladies cross the street, I could have 10 character references at least...also, I have heard she has done this before..had some guy strung along for 8 months..told him she had twins...that is some crazy shit.

PS..I am a typing fool today...let me clean some more and I will be back...I wonder when they are going to shut this thing off? I will find out soon enough...lol

Unfortunately you really dont have a case to sue, although I can only imagine how pissed the whole situation made you.

Be glad she was lying .. you two could have been about to have a child together .. then you'd be tied to her for life. The game playing would have only gotten worse.

..but anyway a little update on this today...
I went and did a little research, learned a few legal terms and texted her my demand..which is the first step in filing a small claims case...we have been texting back and forth on and off all day..it looks like she will just pay the $1400 to save herself from the embarassment..dont worry..$1400 is nothing for this chick...I really dont like doing something like this...but she needs to learn a lesson and I am here to give it to her..the only way you can punish someone with money is by taking some...hopefully she will learn from this...I did go to the courthouse and get a small claims court packet and pretty much got it all filled out..I will probably give her a deadline of 12pm tommorrow..to put up or shut up..cause I will pay my $30 filing fee and she will be served there after....thanks for listening

She told me she loved me on the second day...I may have told her 5 times I did not want to see her..but she would just call or text me the next day like nothing happen..there was only one good thing about her...it is just hard just to date these girls..they get really serious, really quick...I dont know how to stop that...I really do have girl drama..I am sure it is partly my fault in some ways...

being married was easier in a way...way more chilled..that is for sure

I am not sure..they did emergency surgery on her this morning..removed more of her intestines..that is the second time...for blockage...and the surgeon was an Army doctor..Yikes
