i dont live in cali and dont know what he did when he first was elected, but can anyone tell me some things that he did that the public disapproves of?
WWWWWWWWHAT!?!?!:wtf: This coming from the same guy that just stopped a bill that would have allowed California farmers to grow hemp, saying it would "send the wrong message about drugs".
Anyway, I personally think that Schwartzennegar is one of the best governors we've seen in a while, overal. That's just my opinion, take it or leave it. Nobody's going to implement policy's 100% in agreement with your own views.
Yes, I always liked schwarzenegger, he should make it legal lol.
gary coleman still should of won he would of been so cool as governor "what chu talkin bout" haha
He is an idiot but he does seem to be doing good things for California. And he's usually pretty good at speaking his mind not spewing out a whole line of bullshit.
He's Austrian... he's supposed to be clever :<Quote:

I do hope people realize he wasn't being serious and was responding to questions about drug abuse and him on video smoking joint in particular. No big thing. Just more BS from a politician.
I can tell you one thing he hasn't done, stood up for medical marijuana patients rights. He had no problem standing up and supporting Bush for his re-election, but yet he has a problem standing up for Californians? Until he does something for me personally, I say fuck him and go back to Hollywood.Quote:

That's my kind of republican. Hopefully this mentality will begin to spread among those in positions of power.

He said that Pot is not a drug, it's a leaf.
I agree more with that than the fact that only idiots speak like that. What else can he say? He'll still be called an idiot, or, the greatest governor in California's history.
What was that other thread? Opinionated assholes stink? There's a lot of downing on this guy at a marijuana site for saying something pro-marijuana
He's better then Bush at least. Free ganja!
bad ass
Are there ANY politicians that aren't? Stupidity is everywhere.Quote:

Good politicians don't say good things, they do good things. Saying marijuana is not a drug, (which doesn't even make sense because it is a drug), is a far cry from him telling the DEA to recognize California law and stop raiding co-ops and preventing patients from getting their medicine, (or drugs).Quote:

I know I wouldn't mind living in California, way to go Arnold.
I know that he couldn't do it, but just imagine the shake up in the race for president if he could run. I heard Bill Maher say that the other night, and it really got me thinking.
If topics like this get tossed around in the media, it is a good thing. There needs to be discussion so that people are informed and make sensible decisions, not blinded by the bullshit the media spoons its viewers.Quote:

Well I just found it amusing , but why would I care as I am English and we have our own set of nutters running things.  :D
Arnold is a terrible governor. He ran on a platform of fiscal responsibility but his only platform now is to be popular so that he can defeat Barbara Boxer in the next Senate race. He has no allegiance to any principles, he just says whatever it takes to get elected then does whatever it takes to be popular.
...just like all the other lying politicians.
PC :smokin:
That would be fine and dandy if all he was was an actor, but he is a Governor, and he not only had the star status to make a bold statement, but he is the best person that could stand up to the Bush administration, yet he doesn't. This statement he made will not change one single law, will not end one single raid, and will not help medical marijuana patients have safer access to their medicine, yet Arnold has the power to do all this but doesn't. He is enabling the Bush administration to walk all over California law by not doing anything, and until he stops enabling the Bush's he has no respect at all from me and I think more people here need to realize the difference between doing something, and talking about doing something, because Arnold is not doing a damn thing at all.Quote:

I don't believe "any news is good news", because it can have a reverse effect if the proponents of marijuana sound like idiots in the media...and Arnold, sorry, but he never comes off as anything more than an Australian body builder lol The speaker has to be taken seriously for their words to be beneficial, otherwise the media can have just as much a negative effect as it could a positive one.
This Video HAs Some Info About Him And how he feels about marijuana... Now all of a sudden he is a pothead..

Cannabis is a drug, just like tobacco, alcohol and caffeine. Any mind altering substance is a drug. I hate it when I hear somebody say "alcohol isn't a drug" I usually have to tell them otherwise.
I just had to add cause it halarious.
YouTube - arnold smokes weed
Arnold Is Numero Uno..............................hahahaha, blahahahah
This statement about marijuana not being a drug is sort of ridiculous. Maybe in his mind drugs are manufactured or only come in pill form or in injections --- whatever.
I didn't like the way he came into the Governor's seta, through the recall, even if the former governor wasn't doing a very good job. And I didn't like the way he fought with the legislature, putting all those initiatives on the ballot, most of which failed.
But this term I like him a lot better. So many Republicans seem to want government to keep it's hands off of business business (like wages, health insurance, pollution, etc.) but want to have a say in our personal business (like what we smoke or who we fuck). He does not seem to be that way.
He's fucking right alright. Weed ain't a drug, its a medicine man. Killing, on the other hand, now THAT is a drug haha. I'm only joking, peace dudes, lets smoke some janja man. :rastasmoke:
Hash-ta la vista baby!
