Does anybody know of a decent Co-Op in the Pomona area? Farm-Assist Caregivers closed down a while ago and I don't know where to go.
Also is $75 for 1/8th a lot for a Co-Op?
Yes, I have a medical recomendation.

Wasn't Farm-Assist closer to LA? I haven't tried any clubs out that way, but the reviews/ads I've read have the price to more at about $55 max, but out where I'm at, (also the IE), I don't know of any that charge less than $75 unless you are going with lower quality.
I hate to say it, but if you live in the IE you are pretty much screwed as far as co-ops, which is ironic because I bet we have more pot heads here than anywhere else in SoCal. If you do a google search for some tracking sites or reviews of co-ops you should be able to find some more information on some other spots, as well as reviews and such. Good luck!
Several months ago the only co-ops in the IE were closed - in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties.Quote:

A friend of mine has a delivery service in the IE. You can check out his website, if you want. Riverside Delivery Medical Marijuana
He mentioned that he had just reduced his prices to around $50-$55, even for the good stuff, and that's delivered.
PC :smokin:
or u can hit up palm springs if thats closer to you... they have like 2 clubs...
go to L.A., i suggest the club out in Korea town... forgot what its called, but they have some amazing kushes for $75/eigth ( which is pricey, but i'm used to pickin up $45-$55/eigths of "headies", and there stuff jsut blew me away.. )
i know its a bitch, but you live in Pomona right near towns like Claremont, La verne, Rancho, and Chino/chino hills which all have some great herbski!!!!!!!!! I
A guy on these forums named ken runs a delivery service in the inland empire. I am sure he will post here soon read through the other med threads he posts in alot of them.
Yes, I do post here once in a while....and I do have a delivery service in the inland empire....very reasonable!!

If they won't do that for you, you can see a pot doctor such as ACC SoCal, or any others you can find here: Physicians - CaNORML
Going the latter method, (pot doctor), usually will cost you about $150 for your first visit and is not covered under any health insurance companies that I know of, going with your current doctor would be the cheapest and most recommended route. Legally, all you need is a piece of paper from your doctor stating he recommends you to use medical marijuana, nothing else is required under California law. Most Co-ops will call your doctor before allowing you in, so don't try faking it because that won't work :P
Good luck!
Opps, kinda got off topic with that post, sorry :P
I want to add my own personal preference as an IE patient. Despite the fact that the desert co-ops are ridiculously high, the small increase in price seems worth it compared to the ridiculous drive, (especially right now in the holiday shopping season), to the LA area. There was a good one in Indio, but they moved...the other one I know of is in Palm Springs, they seem to have consistent quality which is my primary concern.
DONT ask your doctor for a prescription.. He most likely wont, and most likely wouldnt understand. Save the time, the effort, and the awkwardness and go to L.A. And see a compassionate Pot doctor.
U will get your recommendation(prescription) same day. shop the next(24hrs to get you in the system) or they will send you to they're sponsored dispensary right after. The actual CARD you hear about is optional to get. A fee around $15 for that. All you really NEED is a California ID, and your recommendation from the doc. Always Always take your recommendation to canna clubs. They wont let you in. Some are cooler than others, but thats for you to find out.
sry for the long post... Palm springs has only ONE dispensary worth going to. Has 2 though. Some buds are a lil pricey, but they are DANK so its all good.. Anyone been to Herbology? Its so chill medicating there.. lol off topic Peace:rasta:
Well personally I feel if you can't be comfortable with talking to your doctor about a new medication that you have the wrong doctor to begin with. But aside from any feelings of awkwardness, it could also save you $150 and another appointment. It can't hurt to ask, I made it quite clear to my last doctor that I was going to use marijuana despite his ignorant beliefs, it's not like he can call the cops on me so why should I worry?
But hey, I haven't heard of Herbology...that's in PS? I'd definitely be interested in this other place if you could point me in the right direction ;)
It's at venice beach.. just walk the board walk you will sense it.. ;) lol
I like the variety of the L.A clubs.. so many.. what area do you usually go to???
Ohhh I thought that was one in Palm Springs...damn lol Mostly to the desert ones because they are closer, I did try a good one in the LA area but if you don't leave early in the morning your gonna be screwed with the traffic...going to the desert can be the difference of a 2 hour trip, compared to an all day event hah.
I wish I could find one with a really cool lounge to chill, one had like a closet with a door and vaporizer a lounge, way too compact for me to relax in! lol I want the whole building! The one Drew Carry went into looked pretty sweet.
oh i didnt see what drew carey did.. ya i go to the palm springs club every so often..when i want a quickie lol.. but usually L.A. is the place for me. The only lounges ive found were in L.A. Ya the venice one.. you overlook the boardwalk, & the beach.. elevated.. very nice.
anybody know the names and addresses of dispensaries in the palm springs area?
also i heard some of them were raided recently, are any good ones still open..
^There was Healing Nations Collective, (HNC for short), in Riverside raided earlier this year. The guy who owned it is named Ronald Naulls. The DEA raided his home where he has a wife and 3 children. Child Protection then decided to charge him and his wife with child endangerment. With no co-op, and because the DEA took all of their assets and accounts, he has no way to properly defend himself against the terrorist DEA organization.

Can I get a FUCK THE DEA or what?!
Yep, that's my brother. Please pray for him and the girls! He still needs about $2500 as of today to pay the retainer for a super duper lawyer instead of the public pretender that he has now that just wants him to plea.Quote:

Hey this is why my family is out here in California. Please help out any way you can either by passing on the info or donating if possible! Any help even prayers are appreciated. If you do choose to donate then be sure to select ā??Ronald Naullsā? in the drop down box when filling out the form. To date he needs about $2500 more to pay the retainer for his legal defense. Please keep in mind that he was a legit provider, doing it for the right reasons, not driving around in Ferrariā??s and laundering money. He was targeted due to local political reasons, as well as the fact that he intentionally tried to be as transparent as possible with this business which made him a very easy target for the federal government. With 400+ dispensaries operating in California, he wanted to be as upfront and as honest as possible in every aspect of his business thinking that the fed would be targeting the ā??realā? criminals that ARE involved in this kind of business, hind sight is 20/20.
THE NAULLS FAMILY LEGAL DEFENSE FUND
Federal War on Medical Marijuana Becomes a War on Children: Three Little Girls, ages 1, 3, and 5, seized in DEA raid
A church-going family man who used medical marijuana to ease chronic pain from injuries sustained in a 2001 car accident, Ronald Naulls already had two successful careers - one as an IT consultant and another in real estate - when (in early 2006) he established the Healing Nations Collective in Corona (Riverside County) to save fellow patients the hours-long drive to Los Angeles for medicine.
Healing Nations was a model collective in every way. It served its patient-members well and followed state and local law. It maintained strict dress codes and professional standards for all employees. It paid state taxes - amounting to several hundred thousand dollars a year - even when loose tax regulations allowed other dispensaries to slip through the cracks. Proceeds from the dispensary went to local and national cancer organizations.
Nevertheless, at 5:50 a.m., July 17, 2007, after a year of successful zoning litigation with the city, Naulls's home and the collective were invaded by DEA agents armed with shotguns, automatic rifles - even helicopters. They seized everything: His property. All of his personal accounts. And all of the collective's assets. Naulls was arrested and is now facing federal prosecution for distribution of medical cannabis.
But that wasn't the worst of it. County child protective services came along on the raid and took Naulls's three little girls, ages 1, 3, and 5, and charged him and his wife with child endangerment. They weren't even accused of breaking any state laws.
When Naulls spoke to his children in their confidential foster home, the big sister said, "Daddy, we're ready to come home now, we promise to be good."
Of course, they were too young to understand that they were victims of the strong-arm tactics of drug warriors whose goal was to make Naulls regret helping fellow patients receive their medicine in a safe, compassionate environment. Who cares if that means ruining a family financially, imprisoning the parents, and traumatizing the children?
If you care, you can help Green-Aid help the Naulls to fight this alarming case. It's time to stop the war on children and parents.
I saw that on YouTube.
we deliver to the inland empire . . .check our profile out . . we have oz. specials going on
if ur in pomona go to the place in diamond bar
Hi again, can any one please let me know if ozonedelivery is still in bizz?
I saw their add (for lack of a better word) on the Dimaond Bar thread. And Ive repeated these last two post in both places. Just for good measure.
I email them asking if they in fact delivered to my area (Covina) and no response..
I showed a friend the link and he actually filled out the Drs. info which i refused to do until i heard from them.. Well, now their websites down and my friend's flippin' out thinking he may have just been scammed out of his private info, and thinking that the info he filled out could in fact be abused..
It's prolly just our paranoia where such things are concerned, but a confirmation of some kind would settle some nerves..
Wake up ozonedelivery,
NibblerLA
