TYPHOON (best piece of glass out) (pics)

I bought this baby for 60 bucks, it cost 80 but all glass was on sale at the local shop

this thing will hurt you quickly if you let it and i love it

in this bowl, the smoke goes through the chambers and the little notches on teh side make the smoke swirl and cools it.

this is really fun to hit and you have to clear the chamber almost like a steam roller

i took 3 gs of Trainwreck from it last night and i was done for at least 5 hours, i was absolutely retarded and i love it

First picture is the whole thing set on my laptop, this is when it used to be clean, you can see the little notches on the side of each smoke chamber which makes it spin

Second pic, no, my hand isnt that small, the bowl is that big, put out your hand and look from fingertip to bottom of palm, thats about teh length

Third pic, some bomb ass Trainwreck that i got 3 seeds out of, either a hermied plant or a cross pollinated plant with FIRE KUSH!!!

i cant wait to grow these seeds and see what comes up

i just posted about this the other day but wasnt able to get pics of it. it is amazing to watch the tornadoe form before it fills the chambers. best pipe i ever bought, that and my 2 ft steamroller :jointsmile:

The "tornado" effect is like a hurricane bong/pipe. They're amazing they use the same technology but with a badass shape and unbreakable glass. The pipes they make are pipe - sized bongs with just a bowl on the outside to make it a pipe. It can be put on a keychain and it will rape you. That thing looks like its (*%&(ing amazing too.

Hey, the design is pretty cool. Only thing I don't like about it is that it's so bland. No real color to it or anything... not worth $60, IMHO... but it does look like it smokes well. But I'm the kind of guy that likes to smoke from artsy pieces, if I'm not smoking a joint or a blunt. So it is a good piece, but like I said, not enough art on it to sway me! Then again, it's not mine... only speaking my opinion. Looks like it smokes real well, though. Also, the herb looks good, too.

if it was colored it would completely defeat the purpose(other than the obvious one) of the piece because you you wouldnt be able to see the smoke inside:D

Looks like it would be fun, I would love to a pull a piece liek that out of a cabinet of smoking tools. The occasional puff on it would make it that much better.

i agree with not enough colour. how ya gonna see the smoke after it full of resin anyway but a nice colour changer just keeps lookin better. also the glass looks a littleon the thin side and looks like a bitch to clean. but as long as you enjoy it thats whats important.

its not bad to clean cause the holes are a decent size. u just gotta clean it alot. dont let it get resinated. and it being bland is completely made up for by the action in the pipe. each of the 4 bulbs spins the air differently. try using it in the dark with a flashlight held to it. fucking crazy.

and i am a glass lover and have several nice peices, including a crazy pipe that cost almost 300 bucks, yet this is one of my favorites.

yea just so everyone here knows, its technical name is the Chameleon Typhoon

whe piece is made of chameleon glass and right now, its been used alot and the head is a nice purple wavy look. But all three other chambers where you watch the smoke are still as clear as the day i got it, it does tend to get a yellowish tint but when you wash is with warm water it comes right out

and for the people who think it might be thin? not true, i understand what youre saying but this thing can survive a fall or two

just goin by the look in the pic.

my first glass was a chameleon chillum. and youre right about bein tough but then again i think technically they dont use glass they use pyrex wich is strionger than regular old glass

yea my head shop had two of them, one notin the showcase it was for 98 and had other color's and bigger bowl head but i too this one for almost half the price

I dunno......I'd take one of these anyday over a Typhoon thingy.....cost up to 3 grand....even vapo's are getting old....this shits the future of smoking..percilators...inline ashcatchers...4 chamber diffusers.....I dunno if I could inhale the pure THC bowls by Cali buddy sends without all the filtration.

Heres my Typhoon. The smoke swirl is nice. Im not sure if it is just mine or all of them but the carb hole is really small... The hole in the bowl is damn near the same size so when you use the carb it keeps burning the bud. Ive been thinking about using my dremel tool to widen the carb but im afraid of cracking it.

I prefer my tri color bubbler over the typhoon. The last pic is my fav piece. Well over 100 grams (my scale maxes at 100) and thick as hell. The bowl is deep enough to stick your thumb in and the carb is MASSIVE. Hits like a monster.

I think if the typhoons made their carbs and bowls bigger they would be much better.
