Nirvana & Pearl Jam are favourites from my teenage years. Led Zeppelin, The Beatles & Creedence from the past, listening to Dad playing his old LP's on the weekends. Today it's Powderfinger, The Black Keys, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club & Foo Fighters.
But there is so, so many more!
I'd say that my favorites from the past are the doors, Zappa especially, zeppelin, cream, traffic,,,, i could go on but i wont. I dont listen to very much music from today aside from the mars volta/ juan aldarede/ omar rodriguez.
today: jam bands i.e. gov't mule, ekoostik hookah, widespead panic, etc.
yesteryear: zappa ,traffic, and of course the abolutly greatest band ever : the grateful dead
