Anyone else had this problem before?
Here's the run down. I started smoking weed when i was 6 & smoked until i was 18. I am now 20 & it seems the last 2 years have been crazy without weed. (Guess reality kicked in hardcore lol) Well i decided about 3 months ago to start back smoking once again. My cousin had some good bud, not to strong nor to shabby. So we blazed up a ok sized joint & i took about 3 hits for my first time back smoking & i started to get a nice buzz. I really missed the feeling, it was just back like it was back in the days. Then it turned for the worst, i got light-headed & the world started spinning like when your drunk & trying to go to bed. I've tried to smoke probally 10 times after that & it's all been the same effects. So is there a way i can get back to smoking & dodge this effect? I've never had this problem & all the homeboys thinks it's funny & has no clue what i'm talking about, so i don't try & find out from friends around here no more. So i ask the friendly people here, i'm sure someone has went through this before on here.

It could just be ultra low tolerance fuckin you over.. I've only ever had it once and I think thats cuz i was drinkin aswell.

Maybe, if you didn't eat anything, all day, before you smoked, you'd feel something different. At least, give that a try.
Or, vice versa.

Well prolly 3 of the times i was drinking along with it. I thought that was the problem, but it wasn't. Yeah low tolerance could be messing me up bad, thanks for the feedback man.

I done pretty good growing up, ADHD + Weed = Calm. Now the last 2 years have been weird as hell, i don't know if it's dealing with ADHD or just reality. I wouldn't know because weed was always there for me for 12 years lol.

The key is not to blaze a joint and take 3 hits from the bong. Just have 1 hit from the bong and im sure you will be nice and high. You tolerance will be so low that if the weed is dank you will need a tiny amount to get high, and not green out.

Yeah man. Just take a hit wait 15-20mins and see how you feel. If you dont feel high enough repeat again. This way you will able to gauge how much you are able to smoke. I have made the mistake of taking too much when coming off a 9 month break and I got too fucked.

Alright, thanks to you both. Much respect for this, my nerves from reality 24/7 & ADHD hasn't mixed well the last 2 years & i thought it was time to go back to my roots & smoke some roots lol.

Eat before you smoke, take a couple good hits, hold them for 5 seconds each. You'll be feelin good.

i didn't know that you had adhd, but there alot of things you can do to help with it involving your diet and exercise.
unfortunately the 'dealing' with reality part is the thing that you have been putting off. ive been in the same situation myself and theres nothing you can do but face it head on and take the strain. its shows you your worth too.
i know you said you have had a break. but it might be worth trying to live in reality 24/ and sort it out. then when shit is good and you have got it under wraps you can escape for a little while.

I smoked a little last night with my cousin "TryptamineScape" & it worked out pretty good. I took it slow & hit it a little bit at a time. We sit around, ate everything & laughed at comedy central lol. Thanks for the advice everyone.
