:mad: please someone give me some advice , I came off sleeping pills in november and i just cant get to sleep i try smoking lots to make me sleep but nothing helps. I really dont want to go back on the pills they made me feel shit all day any suggestions? :confused: :confused:
Deal with it buddy. Thats called abusing your body,
and you feel like shit. If you can stop using drugs for
a couple months you will feel better. Stay away from
perscription drugs unless you want to turn into shit head.
Smoking weed is like the only thing that helps me sleep, i don't like sleeping pills that well. I have to either watch tv or listen to musick to fall asleep to. Also some sex might tire ya out enough to pass out, it does me!.
i have to listen to music to fall asleep. i always go to bed high too, and that doesnt always do it for me. you could just like hold your breath until you fall asleep

Smokin wont solve your problem mate, i tried this too and because your stoned your mind is full of stupid ideas and thoughts you never manage to stop thinking properly. Just drink lots of water to flush your system out and get into a routine of going to your bed at the same time each night.

Smoke weed and eat a shitload of food . The food will expand ur stomach meaning more blood circulating the stomach and less to your head making you tired and i find a really big session puts me too sleep( obviously ur gonna get hungry from being ripped). If u get stoned enough u wont b able to think : D

Thats sad its the worst thing in the world to me.Sometimes i take sleeping tabs if i have no pot because honestly i cannot sleep normally anymore.Does weed help u sleep ?
Pills can be bad after a while so dont go on them cause they can be addictive too.I wont give u any advice on relaxation techniques like ive been told because they dont work.GOOD LUCK
without weed i dont think id ever sleep ive tried relaxation techniqes and they did fuck all for me too. i dont exercise much i suppose this would help? thanks for your goodluck message im gonna need it.Quote:

If u take pills for sleep then i guess cammomile tea wont work lol.Now thats the most rediculous thing ive ever heard.When i was preg i was on nothing so could never sleep the doc told me to drink that bad tasting useless rubbish.It may be a good antioxidant but no good for sleep.I have done aromatherapy i can give u some essential oil mixes used for relaxation and sleep if u want me to it may help.I have a special mix for anxiety and that works for me that just helps me to relax so that i can try to sleep.In an oil burner or diffuser or as a massage oil.
Sometimes when I get really bored at night (I cant sleep well either) I'll do push ups 'n stuff... Better than sitting doing nothing at all...

Belleza says run a mile... yes.. you should excercise... that is the key to life.. excercise is the ultimate high.. 100000000 times better than weed.. running, jumping, frisbee is great.. make sure you sweat, jump rope!!!
second.... after you excercise your ass off... read a little..
third... get Eckhart Tole "Power of Now"... get head phones and turn it on very soft..
so you can barley hear it... now try your hardest to stay awake and listen to the NOW... you'll be asleep in no time : )
Now hear is the biggest trick in life..... If you "try to sleep"(or "try to do anything"), you can't do it.... cause your already doing something... your "trying"..
