I could make a poll, but I feel to lazy right now..
but I could name a few that I think are pretty cool...

Lightning.
EDIT: And fog and rain. Can't forget the fog and rain.
From the oned i already watched, thunderstorms.
And from the ones i never watched, i would say volcanos (as i also love fire) and tornados (as i love storms and everything related to).
I just really like nature in general. You can appreciate all different aspects of it. I like change too, so after a while I might really start to appreciate a different specific part of it.
Lightning doesn't really happen all that often, so when it does, I really do stop what I'm doing and try and watch it. When it rains I like to just watch it and hear it. Anyone else do that? It's nice to be able to go to bed at night with the window open listening to the rain. Nice and cool. Very relaxing and soothing.
Fog brings back a lot of memories, the thicker the better. It's great to watch it from a vantage point and just admire the scene. I love to be in it, especially if it's in any kind of vegetation. I like it when it's almost like it's raining because the condensation from it gathers on the trees and drips down on you. Vegetation in general hits the spot. The color green is the best IMO, and it's great to see all different shades of it in an area. If I went somewhere foggy with a lot of vegetation, I could forget all my troubles.
Creeks are great too. Nice to go on hikes and see em around. Easiest place to catch (as in see, not capture) local wildlife.
Snow is another, blizzard or no. Just the landscape is enough. I love the scenery on drives to our nearest snowboarding mountain. Untouched snow has such a pristine aura to it. It's also great to just go off on your own path when snowboarding. Ride off to the side at some cutty area, and just chill a little. If I'm with my friends, it's more often, so they can get some bowls or a j or 2 in.
And if there's one place in the world I need to go, it's Alaska.
Thunder storms and rainbows are my favorites, but all af nature in her phenomenal diversity just blows my mind from the smallest microbe to the biggest mountains. Knowing that she will survive despite all our efforts to destroy her gives me a strange inner peace, I just wish I could come back in a million years to see how nature has progressed, but then again who is to say that I won't :)

Black holes, if you can consider that nature.
And plants. They are just so varied, just like other forms of life. I don't know, I just think it's a little weird that something can be living but without a mind.
im gonna have to go with plants myself, im just really fascinated by them, i guess thats why i like gardening so much.
flash floods
lightening thunder
big fuckin waves [where the earth shakes when they crash]
earthquakes
in that order.i love the fury
Light.
Or gravity and its progeny (inertia, centrifugal and centripetal, aerodynamics, tidal flow, etc.).
...Or maybe sound.;)
No, definitely light.
Plants, so complex, yet so simple. Animals too.
I think animals and us wouldnt be so seperated if they lost most of their insinct. If instinct didnt take over, they would be able to use their minds more, like us. Probablly for the bad though...
Any type of fury of the earth is pretty amazing.
but plants deffinately. Growing Marijuana isn't just for it's uses for me. It's nice to see how all the effort you are putting into them is paying off. They grow happily. They ALMOST become like children in a weird way.
i think it'd be sweet to get stoned and just lay back and watch aurora borealis
sure does there is lighting hitting the earth every secondQuote:

Damn, man! You are absolutely right!! It would be amazing and awesome!!!Quote:

The coolest thing I ever saw personally was the occurrence of a water spout out in the Mississippi Sound one summer evening. Like a water tornado happening over the ocean.
Really, when I think about it, gravity and the fact that the earth rotates and day changes to night and back again are just amazing in themselves.
Ooops! I nearly forgot one! Childibirth. That's an amazing miracle, too. Just incredible.
mushrooms are cool. spores and shit
one time me and my friend were smoking in the woods and all we heard is this huge thunder sound and we look behind us and we see a creek start to flow it was really cool yet really trippy
kind of a tossup between lightning, volcanoes and aurora borealis
and happy 16,000th post slipknotpsycho.
um.. thanks? lol

The Human Brain.
the female orgasm
To be quite honest. Humans, animals, insects, weather, and plantlife...just about anything is absolutely astounding, as far as nature goes. I mean, the way weather occurs, is amazing....I'm very fascinated by it and clouds definitely in particular...I'm a little too high to be thinking about this right now...:stoned:
I really really really fucking love severe storms... like really severe ones, where the sirens are going off and and there's lightning everywhere. They dont really scare me at all, in most cases actually I run outside and observe the force of the storm. I think it's a pretty big adrenaline rush... and in some cases kind of a turn-on. Haven't had a chance to get it on in the rain though cause all of my past girlfrends have gotten scared or didnt like the idea.
Photosynthesis! Divinity at its finest!
LOVE.LIGHT.
The occurance of cannabis.
unicorns.
Last Christmas I saw that comet flying over the southern hemisphere. It was awesome. I also love big waves, pretty much all animals, mountains, thunderstorms, and even blizzards. I pretty much love nature on Earth and in the universe.
DAMNIT!! STOP TALKING ABOUT ALASKA AND THE NORTHERN LIGHTS!! Ive really been missin it lately :(
One day I will ride a tornado.. its one of those fun things I want to do before I die, like pulling the Eject lever on an F-15 while going mach 2.1.
I absolutely love Physics. Be it Astrophysics, Nuclear Physics, Theoretical Physics, it matters not. The more I learn, the more I see the world in physical relationships and mathematical equations. One day I will see the world like Neo sees the Matrix. I want to observe all phenomena the universe has to offer from the nano-scale to the ultramacro-scopic scale. From the Higgs-Boson to the Supermassive Black Hole at the center of our Galaxy. I want to end my life by traveling into a Black Hole and entering a singularity, after about two to three hundred years.
Biology and Chemistry are the other two legs of the tripod that explores the building blocks of our universe, and they interest me immensely as well.
If it hasnt been done before I get to it, I will find a Unified Theory. And for all proponents of it, String Theory is NOT the way to go. They try to build the model, and then come up with an equation, then when that doesnt work, they try to write the equation and then build a model to match. Then they wonder why it never works out.
Well are you talking about lightning or lighting?Quote:

If you're talking about lightning, then wow, I didn't really know that. I was generally referring to the lightning that are visible during storms. You know, when its during a storm or whatever, and you actually see the strike of it from the sky.
I love lightning so much. I was in an aluminum boat in the middle of a part of Lake Powell during a lightning storm. It's wasn't really my fault I was there at that time, and it did get me worried that it's not a good/sensible situation to be in, but damn, it still was amazing.
Yeah, Northern Lights, that too. I haven't seen it in person, but I really want to. I've never really done much traveling, but I need to. Alaska, no. 1 on the list, ... Sorry Grazi :wtf:
BTW, Grazi, have you been there before?
What does everybody think about the polar ice caps melting at an extreme rate of 20+% every two years? Experts are linking our severe weather conditions to this anomally and are bracing themselves for even more extremeties. Global warming seems to be raising its ugly head above the surface afterall.
I hope I'm posting this accurately. If not please enlighten.
Go Green.
aurora borealis, lightning, fire, snow, torrental rain, spring, the ocean with huge waves.
The way the seasons naturally progress and follow a rough estimate of a formula- just when you're tired of all of the snow, it's spring! When you're tired of the heat and humidity that comes with summer, fall begins. The constant variety is amazing, and the dependability of simply knowing "Oh, it's gonna get cool and the leaves are going to begin changing" is comforting.
Frost on windows and cars in the morning- the insane rigid and beatiful structure of these frozen water particles and how they form spontaneously is simply breathtaking.
Lightning is VERY cool... er, hot. I saw a car get struck once; the tires simply EXPLODED all at once. After it had cooled down a bit, there was an amazing array of intricate root-like burns that covered the car's surface. It's kind of like Mother Nature reminding not to mess with her, because she will most certainly fuck you up.
Think of the delicate balance of Earth... She's tough as hell, but even a small amount of change in the atmospheric gases, pressure, or temperature has such a wide range effects on plants, animals, and in turn, humans. Like we're allowed to remain living because of this mathmatical perfection of the correct combination of molecules and atoms.
And who could forget the blob fish?
that looks like that ziggy dude from the comic strips decapitated head. at least i think that was his name
