GF wants to break up cuz i smoke.

My fucking girlfriend..who I've been dating only for a month or so..says she's been thinking, and that she wants to break up until I quit smoking pot. I told her if she was really serious then I would stop now...and never smoke again....she won't fucking believe me, and she keeps saying she wants proof. But passing a drug test cud take months. And i don't wanna not be with her till i pass a drug test. Geeez....seems like shes just using this as an excuse to break up with me..i hope not..i really like her, and she seems like she likes me a lot too

do you plan on marrying this girl? if not , then fuck her. tell her to get real and move on to the next cutie that actually smokes weed.

this same thing happened to a friend of mine and he stopped smoking weed and hell he stopped hanging out with everyone except his girlfriend shes not even that hot, like me and my friend invited him to hang out and he said alright yeah ill be able to chill just gimme a call in a few hours ok we wait a few hours and then we call him he makes up some excuse about how he cant come over and we can hear his girlfriend in the background.

If you 2 have only been together for a little over a month and she is already giving you a choice between her and something you have been doing since before you met her, then it really sounds to me like she is just trying to think of some reason to break up with you.
Or to only break up with you for a month or so until you can pass a drug test while she dates some other guy or something.
OR she's just a total control freak.
The second one sounds really bad I know, but I do know some girls like that and these days they're more common than girls who actually are upset with the fact that you smoke.

Sit back and take a ong hard look at your relationship.
He she ever flirted with any guys? Called them hot?
Do you do things for her and she just blows them of like they're nothing?
If yes to any of these, then (excuse the harshness) she's probably just a trifling ass hoe.

I've asked my boyfriend to stop smoking cigs, but that was MONTHS after we started dating, and it wasnt an ultimatum, just asking for him to think about what it wil do for his health in the future.

She probably sees that you really like to smoke (and lets be honest, most of us LOVE it), and is using it against you to be single again.

I don't understand how anybody can get so hung up on a girl they've only been with for a month. Why do so many guys stop doing things they like because some girl told them to stop?
