My space bar is back in business! I bought one from Goodwill for 3 bucks. Dell charges 40 dollars for a replacement! Screw that!
Now I can return to giving my wonderful knowledge-filled knowledge to Cannacom members again! WOOHOO!

Does Dell really charge 40 dollars for a little piece of plastic that probably costs them 1 cent to manufacture? :p
I kind of liked your posts when it was broken.
Haha_shut_up_Geo,_it_took_me_forever_to_type_like_ this,_particularly_stoned.
But I actually got used to it.
EDIT: Yes, robo... Bunch of jerks. Thank goodness I don't have a Mac, they charge 70 bucks for a replacement keyboard.
I still have to commend your ingenuity...welcome back to working spacebar crowd;)Quote:

The bar would be a spaceship with all these tubes running out of it..you dont even have to light the weed..you just inhale...above the bar will be a huge neon sign that says "BEAM ME UP SCOTTY"
I buy a lot of stuff like that from computer fairs, you can get alsorts of good stuff for pennies. Comps are pretty basic really and taking them apart and putting them back together again is fun.
I remember way back in 1999 when I first took my laptop apart without really knowing what I was doing , the joy at getting it back together and the realisation that they are nowhere near as complex as I had at first feared was brilliant.
