I've gone through periods in my life like that too. I let shit build up to the point where a small thing would put me in a rage. There's a hole in my bedroom wall where I put my fist through the plaster because I had gotten home at eleven from a 16 hour work day to find my then-boyfriend had gone to bed without taking out the trash, the ONE request I had made that day of his unemployed ass.Quote:

Patient, broad-minded,wry, philosophic, aware, peaceful, unbiased, forgiving (for most things, for some things-never), political yet nonpartisan, bound by deeply rooted personal ethics, naturalistic, rebellious for a good cause, reliable, trustworthy (except for keeping secrets that I don't think should be secrets; petty stuff. But if I know something particularly damaging about someone, I never tell).
CONS:
introverted (except around a choice few), impractical, people think I'm cold, but mostly it's cuz they don't understand what I mean, lazy, egotistic (but I just think it's being honest), poor taste in fashion, I don't respect traditions, holidays, institutions or small-mindedness, and I HATE having to repeat myself

Im like that I dont know what I have but Ive been told before I probably have ADHD or something similar but I dont know exactly what that is could someone tell me? I know it some sort of temper disorder or something like that?
Basically If im having a stressed out day and I haven't had any cigs for a few days or sometimes it even happens when im having a perfectly normal day I would just lash out I dont know what the fuck is wrong with me!
Like I would just lash out for no reason It randomly comes on in a split second and I go mad and cant control myself I just lose my temper BIG TIME start punching the shit out of the walls and stuff leaving all my knuckles bleeding and smashing things up and shouting and screaming as loud as I can its hard to explain it lasts for about 20 mins which is quite a long time to be pissed of to the max, then after it happens I just think "why the FUCK did i do that" I dont have any control over myself at all it like something takes over me reminds me of roid rage or something even though I've never done them, anyone else get this at all? Its probably just me..

And when i REALLY loose my temper the adreneline takes over - some idiot cut me up once and then gave ME the V sign, so i pulled up next to him at the next set of traffic lights and put my fist through his pasanger window - got a big bit of glass stuck in my hand but it didnt hurt. I can be superficial, i.e. tell people what they want to hear. I think I really truly am me to only a few people, and of course, online. 'Cause that's easier than being yourself in person.
When I get angry or jealous, I get irrational and cruel, like I try to give myself the upper hand.
But weed was the first step to self-discovery :jointsmile: I wouldn't have been able to identify or admit these things before I started exploring my world and persona stoned.
