does anybody else double roll joints. by double roll i mean roll a joint with a paper, then wrap another paper around the joint so it has 2 layers. i found that it helps the jay burn slower. the downside is u run outta papers quick and the joint tends to taste like paper more than bud.
mate you seriously dont wanna be doin that its not like it will REALLY get you any more higher plus its worse for your health try a thicker paper if you want a longer burning joint like RIZZLA reds these r abit thicker then small green zig zags. much healthier for you
plus yeah it makes the joints way harsher on the througt (sp?)
these papers are brilliant the best ive ever had and i need to order more seriously i have a huge box with loadsa empty paper packs from over the years these are the best they are 4 1/2 inches long and about 38mm inches tall the perfect size just lsightly wider taller then the rizzla blues

Yeah I bought papers very similar to these called King-Size Pure Hemp papers. These are my favorite papers of all time by far. I got these at the end of August and I've also been using other papers for smaller joints and smoking plenty of blunts. I have 2 papers left unfortunately, but I love these papers. okay im not gona lie.. i double wrap my joints sometimes.. but usually only because my joints are the size of blunts.. and when i put some lean on it.. it needs the extra paper for support..

some helpful hints to make the doob burn slower..
rub a thin layer of honey evenly over the cigarette paper, of if your in texas, rub some lean on.. and if your out of lean use that DXM aka Robitussin DM

hahaha robitussin. The only way it kicks anything up is if you drink the whole bottle. (kinda interesting though).
Sometimes i doubleroll if im in the car so it will burn more efficiently. It's not like that tiny extra amount of paper will really have that great of an affect on my health that i need to worry about it. If i were really worried about my lungs id just vape.

was drunk last week thought and tore the joint i was rolling so in that case, yes I did dbl roll....
i go with as little paper as possible; frequently tearing papers down to 3/4 to 1/2 in. wide. it really takes a lot of experience/practice to get that good but once you do, the joints will burn just as well as any double rolled and be much more pleasant to smoke. so i highly recommend you do what's nessecary to get the skills to qiut double rolling yer joints. hope that didn't come off as snobby or anything, just think you should single roll.
ok lemme ask u this...whats worse, 2 joint papers or a blunt wrap?

It actually works when it's burned? I've heard that and wanted to try it.
That's because there are two papers burning, instead of one. It's similar to uneven distribution of cannabis, rolled in only one paper. I smoked a double-layered joint before, without any consideration to the health-risk, and it just seems to me that people who twist an extra paper around the initial one, stink at rolling joints. Is it some kind of aesthetic appeal, to cover up the imperfections of the joint? Because, if you think about it--two papers would only ignite faster and burn faster. Whereas, one paper burns only as fast as the ganja burns. I don't believe I have ever had a double-paper joint go out on me.Quote:

okay first of all... you're asking the wrong questions.. why would you want to burn robitussin?? uhh wtf.. the only reason it was brought up was as a tangent branching off of the double rolling.. i said that WHEN i double roll.. its because usually.. im using two papers to hold all of the weed... in other words a huge party joint... im against more paper than necessary.. and the robitussin.. or even the honey will slow the burn of the joint/blunt.. and i was explaining that robitussin... or the dxm in robitussin is easy to over dose on.. and to drink a whole bottle isn't very bright..
and just for good measure.. in response to inhale.xhale. i would never drink robitussin.. only lean.. or (codeine cough syrup) the dxm has pain relieving qualities.. even when burned ur inhaling the smoke..?? thus inhaling the dxm.. to me.. if you pour up some robitussin in a sprite.. ur a moron..

Personally, I hate too much paper. I use 1.25's and tear off about a 1/4 of that and still produce a pretty nice joint. It burns faster but the smoke is mostly weed, which is really the way it should be!
too much paper for me, just single paper for me. too much paper kills me
but i like the new celulose papers more now, especially with no paper
but i prefer a bong more
I recomend the raw papers that are unbleached. good burn and not much of a papery taste. :jointsmile:
