The guy gets inside of the girl from a perpendicular position, usually while on his side. So the guy is the cross of the T and the girl is the long up and down part of the T.
You know there are a lot of positions I use that I can't even put into words. I would be better drawing legs over here and going this way and genitals over there and hands and hair and boobs going everywhere!

Start missionary, go to doggy, then the cowgirl. To finish, I just grab right above her ass while shes on top, and pick her up and slam her down as hard and fast as I can until the OMG.
