ok so i live with my cousin and i smoke buds with him all day everyday and tonight he went over to his friends house and smoked some bowls and got pretty stoned and came home and im sober and craving a cig and its really pretty fuckin nerve racking

dude, you have noooo idea...i smoked all damn summer but had to quit god forbid because of my schools bullshit drug tests. all my friends transfered out to public schools so pretty much everytime im with them i have to bear the sight of watching them smoke dankass buds and have them go dude smell this! and they hand me a bag of some really good bud, it really hurts me deep inside. so im always the one sober with them high as hell...:[ it sucks ass really badly

what kind of school drug tests? this like a military school? or do they do drug tests at colleges down?

School drug tests are bullshit. I am so glad schooling is behind me, because that's a gross invasion of privacy, and it would not have sat well with me if they instituted it when I was around.

i smoked with 3 friends one night, and the 4th friend said he didn't smoke so me and the 3 guys were laughing our asses off because we were really stoned, and the one who didn't smoke was getting mad and saying "seriously what the fuck guys what's so funny!?!" and all we could do was keep on laughing

Which means...they never clean...they're assholes....they don't remember shit..and they tell you the same things over and over again.

yeah my old school is one of teh vary few schools i know that tests, its just a urine test so not that bad, but listen to this, my school can not actually legally test people ok, but when they call a student out to be drug tests he/she is going to do 1 of 2 things accept or deny and fight ok if the student accepted then the school got concent to drug test them from them, if the student denys then the school has probable cause that they are doing drugs...pretty fucked up morals eh
school drugtest are unconstitutional, invasion of privacy, and if you deny anything or tell a cop he cant search then you are guilty almost automaticaly. noone should stand for that.
do you get kicked out of school if you refuse
if so then everyone should refuse and get the school shutdown for the illegal actions
